Nice stay with a family
Reviewed By paveakHere you can enjoy excellent service. The Trattoria has a really nice atmosphere, very well kept and clean. Nice garden and good food. We totally enjoyed our stay! Also used the pool, which is ok for older children. We were travelling with nine family members, some of us stayed in the rustic part (a couple), families with children stayed in the modern part. All the rooms were really nice, spacious and well equipped.

The modern style new pension - guesthouse - Bistro A 7 - Avenue 7 has a bathroom (shower, rest room, apartment with bath), TV and Wi-Fi and is located just a minute from the center of Presov. We offer breakfast in the bistro (only for hotel guests, for groups of 8 or larger buffet) and dinner menu of the day for all. A la carte menu is specializing in steaks, but other also selected dishes that you can enjoy on the terrace. Our spacious winter garden is suited very well for business events, family festivities and other social events. The guesthouse is ideal for business travellers, as well as for long or short lodging of groups, families with kids and tourists over the entire year. Adjacent to the hotel is a parking lot that is partly monitored by a camera system. We speak German, English and Russian.

Great location but a little warm
Reviewed By Curtis SFirst off, you need to remember that this accommodation is in Presov, not a major city by any stretch, so expectations need to be managed. We were in room 8 on the 3rd floor……heat rises and there was no A/C, so our room was a little stuffy. There was a fan so we made the best with that. Leaving a window open overnight provided some relief but the room never got “cool” by my standards. The bathroom was big enough, but the shower unit was over-teched and most of it didn’t work. There were three different spray nozzles available; a handheld shower head, a rain-shower head, and those new-fangled groin angle spray nozzles. The rain-shower head was overly clogged with deposits to the point where water was shooting every which way. The spray nozzles didn’t provide enough water flow and, good luck getting your head low enough to rinse out shampoo. Luckily, the handheld shower head worked well enough. There was also an LCD panel that was supposed to turn on a light (and a radio maybe) but the power button did nothing. Oh well, there was hot water and we managed to get clean. The TV had a few channels to keep you amused. The included breakfast had enough to fill your stomach and an espresso machine provides the morning cappuccino (yea!). There was also a fairly well-stocked bar available. Off-street parking was nice, and the location is a block or two off a main square where there are cafes to sit and relax while enjoying a beer (or two). Recommended.

Reviewed By 576janagHotel Alfa is located in centre of small city Giraltovce, in the eastern Slovakia, about 50 km from city Medzilaborce, where you can see museum of famous Andy Warhol. Rooms are big and renovated. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Reviewed By tatianab642Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is situated in the city center. Has its own parking place. Stayed in an apartment so the room was really big with separated bedroom. On the furniture and equipment you can see that its not new, but the room and bathroom were clean. It was winter so there was not noise from the construction that is next to the hotel. You can choose from several choices at breakfast, also you can ask for scrambled eggs or ham and eggs. Its nice hotel.

It is located in the neighbourhood of historical centre of Presov city, which is a metropolis of Saris region and lays exactly on the 49th north parallel. It connects Presov with Paris, for example. New and recently opened external part of Guest House is an accomodation directly in the historical old town of Presov -

Reviewed By nikaskmartinukWe used this b@b due to the location. The place is modern styled including the rooms. Clean rooms but lots of hair including the bedding. The beds are not the best. The springs make themselves well known. When checking in nobody informed us the doors AND car park are locked at 11pm. I wanted my car and couldn't get into the car park!. Then couldn't get back in the b@b!. There are glass automatic doors at the front. The reception number on the front door just rang and rang. Eventually worked out the key fob had to be placed on a panel to the left of the glass door!. This is a small box that is not at all marked .Nobody thought to inform us of this small fact in checking in. Nightmare stuck outside the hotel at midnight!. I'm afraid I would chose another place to stay .

Great value for the price
Reviewed By Marianna173Right in the heart of lovely Presov center, yet my apartment was quiet. I stayed for 1 night right at the start of ice hockey championship. I was very pleased with the warm welcome at the reception, the next morning breakfast was simple but freshly made and very sufficient for me (not a morning person). If you crave more hearty start of the day, I’m sure the main street will provide. I especially appreciated free safe parking on the premises.
