Reviewed By ruler83See past the building mess and you will find a jolly owner and very comfortable beds at a very reasonable price and a fantastic location. Two minutes walk from the harbour and two minutes walk to town center shopping. Plenty of parking at rear of hotel.

Lovely place for a short stay
Reviewed By chriscccYes it is small and there is a shared bathroom. One room did have private facilities but was too small for 3 people so we took the larger room with the toilet/shower outside. It worked fine, though. A minor inconvenience. The owners are lovely people and the area is very nice. I have no complaints. There are larger, nicer places to stay in the area but you will pay more. For the price, this was wonderful.

Charming and historic inn - with a touch of Africa
Reviewed By tippelippeWe heard about the place and the nontraditional owners. They were exactly as charming and forthcoming as shown in the media. We booked the suite and it was very nice, indeed. Very comfortable beds and the sitting area was very cozy. We enjoyed our dinner where we chose 2 course menus with African inspiration. Breakfast was plenty and well prepared. Later a walk through the park at Tranekaer Castle completed a nice excursion to Langeland.

Our exclusive B & B - Hotel Apartments is located in an old school in the castle town Tranekaer. We have 4 well-functioning 60kmw. large apartment. Everything is decorated with the history of the school and stuff from around 1800. All apartments are rented with our Danish version of breakfast and specialties from our country kitchen. We offer workshops with Danish gastronomy and experiential touch.

Reviewed By clauskurtcDen gamle realskole fra 1887 rummer lejligheder med sjæl, historie og smagfulde indretninger. Her kan der virkeligt slappes af, både i lejlighederne og/eller i de smukke landlige omgivelser med gamle velholdte huse og gode vandrestier. Man kommer ikke til at savne TV' et - men skulle man savne det, fungerer Wi-Fi forbindelsen upåklageligt. Morgenmaden og aftensmaden skal opleves på "Generalen". Her sidder man skønt i de gamle hestebåse fra år 1800 der emmer af originalitet , og såvel anretningerne som serviceniveauet er helt i top! Alt i alt en gennemført og uforglemmelig oplevelse, som vi helt sikkert kommer til at benytte os af igen!

Reviewed By YolandeV798Appartement in a very old farm. Spacious and clean, with good WiFi. Small terras in the sun, nice for breakfast and a drink in the evening. Nearest minimarket is 2km at the harbourfront. So bring your own food.

Lindelse Kro is a ideal place for you to stay which is placed in the idyllicaly village Lindelse in Langeland. Lindelse Kro is centrally placed on the island of Langeland, and is ideal for those who are on a bike vacation. Lindelse Kro is also placed on the beatiful and fantastic beach called Ristinge. Cozy and relaxed doublerooms is waiting for you. The food and beverage section is temporarily closed due to renovation.
Extremely poor by Danish stanards
Reviewed By MarcHonoreReally poor. Worst of all, the room smelled strongly of mould and damp. One of the windows was missing a blind....4 clothing pegs were provided so we could hang a towel over the window to get some privacy. The light in the bathroom was broken. There were insets in the bathroom including some spiderweb. The shower connections leaked water when the shower was on. The mirror in the room was so high up the wall that we had to take it down to use it. All of these things are below the standard of a hotel in Denmark at any price class, but we paid 900 kronor a night. Extremely poor. The staff were nice and friendly, but the revption was unmanned when we arrived.
