Because they always keep good standard especially in services, food, room cleanliness, strategic position, good price/ rate and the room have fully facility. Even though the interior make us feel comfortable, and the staff are friendly too, sometimes they even know our name :).

Price of the room is excelent. Clean room,comfy bed,clean bathroom. I always booked massages, Mrs.KASIH and Mrs.NONIK are top of the top. They have golden hands. They are kind and professional. My body was completely relaxed. The tea before and after was wonderful. The security men are also very helpful. Very charming and kind. Thank you. And see you again.

Not lacking anything, the room and bathroom was clean, located near many itinerary, and the famous Warung Cahaya, Sate Babi Bawah Pohon, and gift shop “Agung” is only a few steps away. The service is pretty good, early check in is available (might vary in other day, remember i stayed during covid). There’s a convenient store next door, so you can grab a beer or any neccesities there.

Reviewed By ennypratamaI was booking the 1 bedroom pool villa on last minute and surprisingly the villa was ready and immaculate. Something that you rarely find during the pandemic. The staff is nice, check in was smooth, and the pool size is very big for a 1 bedroom villa. I've been staying in plenty of private villas and must say this one is a gem considering the price tag. Such a fantastic value. We will be back. The villa was quiet, secluded, nicely set up, and there is cute living area with small pantry so we don't have to spend whole day in a room. There are plenty of spaces and staff were attentive Oh and I love the water pressure and hot water is consistent.

Reviewed By mark tI was recently lucky enough to be able to have a family holiday with my grown up children and my younger chidren. I saw Arana suite hotel had some really good reviews and seeing that I needed to book 5 rooms to accomodate us all, I wanted to make sure we were not going to be disapointed. I certainly wasn't. This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms are not huge, but they didn't need to be. They had everything one could want. They were all spotlessly clean. The beds were big and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also big and the showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. Check in was quick and easy, even an ice cold drink was handed out to us all. The staff are very friendly, we were always greeted with a smile. I was really impressed with breakfast. Arana offer something a bit different to the usual buffet options that most establisments do. They have an A la Carte choice with everything from eggs benedict, sausage, egg and bacon, or my favourite Nasi or Mi Goring. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Plenty of coffee or tea is provided as well as fruit and fruit juice. You can opt to have breakfast in your room, we opted to eat in the lobby every day which was lovely. The hotel provided us with airport transfers. Airport to hotel was IDR 200000. A driver was waiting for us at the airport with a name card. A much more desirable way to get to the hotel than a taxi. Location of the hotel is really good. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Beach is about a 15 minute walk away as is the resort centre....a taxi will cost you the equivilent of about $2.50 if you are feeling lazy. We had a bit of an incident whist we were there. The glass door to the bathroom must of had a flaw in it as it shattered one evening when my wife was sliding it closed. This would have been no fault of the hotel, I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. The first thing they were concerned about was if either myself or my wife were hurt in any way. They then moved us to another room immediatly even helping us move all of our belongings. The customer service was excellent and some of the best I have ever come across. This is a boutique hotel that is amazing value. I would thoroughly reccomend it to anyone. We would not hesitate to book here again. Well done to all the staff at Arana suite for making us so welcome.

Reviewed By malikawais143One of the best hotel located in Kuta approximately 20 minutes far from airport. Kuta beach is on 5-8 minutes walking distance. Shops, massage parlors, money changer, mart and restaurants all are located in the surroundings of the hotel. Hotel and rooms are very neat and clean, comfortable bed, smart TV with access of YouTube and Netflix, free water bottles, tea maker, AC, safety box, wardrobe and towel are available in room. All rooms have Balcony with beautiful view of swimming pool. Pool opens till 22:00 and clean daily in the morning. Check in was super quick. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Definitely stay here again and again.

Reviewed By daryl jWhere do I start. No place except out on the road for your driver to park. Signage hard to see so makes it hard to find. When we got into our room the safe wouldn't work. Room was small and dated. The property has minimal seating areas outdoors and walkways full of scooters making access difficult. The supplied breakfast was only 1 item out of the menu of approximately 14 different items in 4 groups. When asked what time breakfast was required and time given was told it would be an hour later and no other time. We only stayed about an hour and a half then moved to somewhere else.
