The entire stay was amazing exceeded expectations I was pleased to see the pictures on the website truly represent the place live the rooms are beautiful and the outside area is just as lovely The staff is so helpful kind and friendly and ALWAYS willing to help you with whatever you need We will definitely be revisiting

Reviewed By Andredutoit212Phoned to make a booking. As per guy on phone... No reference needed just have to arrive and room will be there. Booking was done on preview of photos on internet. On arrival the manager did not know anything about our booking. Confirmed that we can book in and we requested to see rooms. Filled documents but did not sign anything(copies available). Paid cash. To have aircon room it will be R200.00 more of which I think is ridiculous. We decided that we not happy with the rooms and asked to cancel and requested a refund. The manager said owner left with the cash and a no refund policy is in place according to the owner after he phoned her. With no signed documents in place I insisted on my money. I phoned the owner Michell 4 times with no answer. After that sent whats app messages with no reply.... Also available.... Even read messages with no reply. After numerous attempts by the manager calling her also with no reply.... Most probably knowing what's waiting.... Thumbs up to the manager using his own discression took another booking for a room... And used that money to refund us. Rooms are really creapy and surely not whats shown on the internet. I left message with manager to ask her to contact within 24 hours to avoid me writing a review like this. Up to know still nothing. For R50. 00 rand more we got a 2 bedroomed self catering flat not far from there. Alot to go learn from them what is customer service and value for money. The owner should not wonder why business is bad now or in future...... Never again...

Bed was very bouncy and the pillows were so hard one would be injured if you had a pillow fight! Did not make for a good nights sleep. We stayed in the penthouse so am not sure about the pillows in the other rooms, but other than that the breakfast was good with the normal fruits, cereals, bacon and eggs etc. Very neat, large grounds with a good size pool and braai area. Nice view over the dam and we enjoyed our stay here, except for the pillows!

Reviewed By ThomasH8837If you have a room above you, good luck sleeping. The thumping/creaking of wooden flooring is annoying. They promise to return with basics missing in the room and they don't. Their DSTV is on a basic package so you have to tinker forever to find something to watch. Lights not working in the room either. It's utter BS to have to complain about everything, they need to create a checklist to make sure the basics work.

The appearance of the hotel is so unappealing to the extent that we chose rather too forfeit our deposit than stay for the three nights that we were booked in for.There was NO security at the main gate, the grass around the pool was not cut,no cushions outside,appauling ambiance.Every bad review on TripAdvisor regarding the outdated appearance of the hotel is 100 percent accurate.
