The place is clean inside though they don’t change bedding sheets everyday, they used the same bedding sheet for 3 nights and I noticed as it that was not cool for me but otherwise it’s a great place. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast not bad at all just wish they had more options on the Menu. I don’t mind to come back

All rooms have air conditioning, fans, coffee/tea making facilities, mini bar, WiFi, Flat screen DStv. Guests have the use of a gleaming swimming pool in the private courtyard, a honesty bar adjoining the lounge and deck overlooking the pool, and a braai (barbeque)for their own use. We have a laundry service and a daily delivered newspaper. Continental and English breakfast is served. Sea views from the deck/barbeque/lounge area upstairs.
Dirty tired and nothing like the photos

It was not the room that we had booked which wouldn't have mattered if the standard was the same .We left and as it was late Dec were unable to find alternative accommodation so flew home early end of holiday ruined. I was contacted by the management and they offered to clean the room but trust me it was beyond just a quick clean ! (wish I could upload the photos as they say it all)

Reviewed By vanderwesthuizen2018The entrance is not marked clearly and is not visible from a vehicle which forces a person to get out of your vehicle in the street not feeling safe, The original room was bland with 2 cups on tray and a kettle on the floor (?), the linen had holes and then on top of it the shower was not cleaned the mirror was hanging skew. There was no complimentary coffee and no running water in the bathroom. The second room was clean, with no fridge but definitely not soundproof as you can follow telephone discussions in the opposite room and discussions and traffic from the street nearby.

The bathroom was not suitable as there were no plug points nor down stairs. Also no two pin plug available, had to go to reception to collect it in the morning. Otherwise it was a really lovely stay and surroundings.

In every corner of this room lays a thick layer of dirt. It looks like this place has never seen a Vacuum cleaner. The walls are dirty , outside everything is dirty so you dare not sit anywhere you haven't cleaned yourself. My husband and myself stay in Durban , have gone to a few places to break away from the rush that is daily life and wow this place gave me anxiety to the max. You pay for R69 for breakfast and it comes with 2 eggs soiled in Oil, a piece of Bacon ..and then you also get a piece of cat hair and egg shell with your egg. This place has a lot of potential. I am saddened that on the second day asking for clean towels I was told there is none... This place has a lot of potential but sadly it will never see us again nor will anyone I know come here . Sort out your Guesthouse....
