Reviewed By PJamesKChez Giuliana is a lovely, Italian-owned guesthouse in a secluded but convenient spot about 2km from downtown Ouaga. I stayed for a while and Guiliana and her staff really made the place feel like home. Great, complimentary breakfasts, charming design, lots of space to work and reflect, and extremely friendly staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough and am looking forward to my next visit. Thanks to Guiliana and her team!

Reviewed By HavakiTogether with 3 other colleagues we stayed here for three nights. The start was a bit unfortunate. I had a room with a defect lock and the first night there were lots of mosquitoes in the room due to a torn mosquitoe netting in the bathroom. Also the airco was not capable to bring the temp down. Next morning I asked for a new room ant that request was granted. The other two nights were much better. The staff is very friendly, the setting is great. It feels like a little oasis it the middle of the desert. It is situated at a five minutes drive from the airport. Fortunaty not too noisy, because there are a few airmovements.

It has a nice little garden and pool so that one can spend also breakfast and dinner outside. I really enjoyed the very supportive team and the nice French breakfast. A speciality are the home made confitures - really recommendable!

A hotel where you feel like you are at home with friends
Reviewed By Mourad MI stayed at the hotel in December 2018 and enjoyed it a lot! The staff is very friendly and really went out of their way to accommodate some of my requests. Their restaurant has a good selection of yummy local and international dishes. Breakfast was average but they were in the process of training their staff to improve it. Their WiFi is one of the fastest I have used in Burkina. The hotel has a great location with many outstanding restaurants and places to hang out at a walking distance. Pick up from the airport can be arranged with them.

Le patio, le jardin sont très agréables et la chambre très bien tenue . Le petit déjeuner convivial, copieux et en bonne compagnie. J'ai pu me rendre dans les différents lieux du festival à moto avec Sébastien, sérieux et disponible. Je recommande cette maison d'hôtes pour tous ceux qui veulent se sentir comme " à la maison "

Reviewed By richard_fengerIts a special experience. Lots of staff in the lobby watching TV. If you have found out who the receptionist on duty is he is really friendly and helpfull. Simple rooms with airco, ven and hot water. Breakfast : bread and coffee. Close to the airport and 100 m. from Gare Routière côté ouest. Its for your first or last night in BF only. Don't stay longer. If you go to the nearby gasstation you do have a great view on what's happening in this part of the city with all special ways to travel. The airco gasstation is clean and good coffee and cold beer. Nearest reasonable (Pizza and garlic chicken are the best) restaurant is : "Le Jardin d'Afrique" 10 minutes (500 CAF) by taxi.

Reviewed By Didier BCe n'est pas un grand hotel neuf mais un petit hotel simple et propre avec un restaurant très convenable Le personnel est nos petits soins, le patron très attentif à ce que tout se passe bien, on s'y sent très bien accueilli et j ai même envie d'y revenir Chambres plus ou moins bruyantes selon leur situation Hypercentral à deux pas du grand marché et les erreurs de service ont été immédiatement corrigés comme les petits problèmes de maintenance et au 3ème jour tout était plus que parfait

Reviewed By Captain_AfricaChez Tess is one of the best places to stay in Ouaga. It is friendly, beautiful, nice with very nice rooms. The price is very reasonable. I always stay there when I go to Ouaga. The place is mostly full up, so it is advisable to make a reservation.

An excellent oasis in Ouagadougou!
Reviewed By Richard GI was with two friends and one had stayed here previously and recommended it to us. Location: Not far from the centre of Ouagadougou. You would not know there was a hotel at this location. There is a long and high wall with a single door in it. No signs that there is a hotel behind it. Reception: You enter through a couple of carefully controlled double security doors. The staff are friendly, well trained, and helpful. Rooms: My room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The room had a fan and a good air-conditioning unit. The bathroom was spacious and clean and had a good shower with hot water. My only complaint is that the mattresses were very firm indeed, far too hard for my taste unfortunately. Wifi: Worked well and we were able to have a two hour Zoom meeting with colleagues in Europe one evening. Restaurant: They have a very nice restaurant which also offers tables outside close to the pool. The food was excellent, probably the best I have had in Oaugadougou. Beautifully cooked, tasty and well presented. The servers were also excellent. The self service breakfast also offers a good selection. The hotel has nice grounds around the pool and a jazz band plays a couple of nights a week. Summary: A hidden jem of a hotel in Ouagadougou. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ouagadougou.
