Hi, this is Marco. From 2020, we started renting as a "house". Now, Casa Terra Patris is almost an inn. We maintain all cleaning services, bed linen and amenities in the suites. You will have free access to our fully equipped kitchen. We offer the breakfast preparation service with the items you have brought. Different values according to the number of people and amount of days. I will be at the house next door, count on my personalized assistance for shopping, booking tours, delivery, etc. Terra Patris House: comfort, security and privacy.

Reviewed By MartineCT88We landed here by coincidence and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. It is located a bit out of the centre, which is however in easy walking distance. The beach is just down the road. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating (Ana-Louisa is a lovely host!). The breakfast is absolutely amazing (especially the Açaí with self-made granola)! The whole place is decorated very nicely and is very welcoming. We would definitely come here again!

The BGK is a lodge built with natural materials typical of the area and located right on the waterfront, under the shade of a huge palm tree grove. The distribution of the rooms allows guests to socialize in a relaxed atmosphere. Lodges are directly in front of your kitesurf spot. The location is prime. Barra Grande is in the Parnaíba River Delta (Piauí) surrounded by two important national Parks: Jericoaquara and Lençóis Marahenses, both just a short drive away.

Reviewed By StefanS71We stayed at BGK for two days on our trip along the north of Brazil. It was a very good choice. As a family of 4 we booked one of the bungalows at the pool. While the bungalow was very basic, it was clean and it is really a lovely setting. Also there was plenty of space to spread out with a balcony, patio and a nice private seating area underneath the bungalow. Even as the BGK seemed to be sold out, it did not feel very busy at / around the pool, so it was really a relaxing experience. Also the pool hrs are between 10am and 7pm to ensure you can enjoy your time in your place. BGK is located directly at the beach, so you can also spend some time there, and it is also a nice beach. You have also a bar/restaurant there and a kit surfing school. The breakfast was great with a large variety and also they prepare fresh pancakes, tapioca, etc. during they day you can get drinks at the pool or you use the bar/restaurant at the beach. For Dinner, you have plenty of nice restaurants near by within a few min walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was really a great stay and we enjoyed it. We could have spend a few more days at BGK.

Reviewed By HendersonMrAldeia Namoa was an amazing experience, their owners Gui and Gi have carefully crafted a home away from home. The beauty look, comfort and care are shown across the entire place. Amazing bungalows with comfy beds, peaceful and diversity welcoming staff . The Aldeia has a direct access to the beach and car is not needed during your stay at all. Staying here we also enjoyed an art immersion experience as Gi the owner is a talented artist that has decorated the place with tasteful creativity. The place is special for couple, friends and kids are also welcomed, as they have a special playground area. During our stay it was a quiet and relaxing experience with perfect score in all areas. If I haven’t convinced you yet, let me remind you of the delicious home made breakfast that Silvia and Renata from the staff freshly prepare daily. Yummy tapiocas, home made cakes, crepes and all the seasonal fruits from the tropics. We will be certainly coming back! Obrigado pelo carinho :)

Waiting time 2 hours to get any food.I do not recommend this place . They even made wrong calculation of our bill. Food does not compare to other restaurants in Barra Grande.

Charming place with extraordinary kitchen, avoid certain rooms
Reviewed By JL0365Simple but clean and charming place 20 yards/meters from the beach. Small pool in the garden which helps to keep the kids busy, but serves for nothing else. The kitchen is extraordinarily good. People from far away come for dinner, and even as a guest you should reserve a table for dinner. You will have to wait quite some time for the food coming, but it's worth the patience. Breakfast is great. Really nothing missing. We (two families with kids) had issues with our rooms though. They were at the back of the Pousada, behind the kitchen, with a small terrace in front of the rooms which other guests use as well to walk to their rooms (not ideal), and an adjacent dirt road. As this is a very windy place (surfer paradise), you have the sand and dust from the road on the terrace, in you room, in your clothes and just everywhere. Also, those rooms are very dark. If I remember well, the numbers of those rooms were 2, 3 and 4. Avoid them. Ask for rooms which look to the pool. There are even one or two which are located upstairs. Those looked much better, as the dust doesn't get there. The Pousada BGK (belongs to the same owner) across the road and directly at the beach looks like the better place. Spacious, generously sized huts, nice restaurant directly at the beach. Residents of the Pousada Titas are allowed to enter the facilities of Pousada BGK, which means it's direct access and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Price: Probably ok in off-season, overpriced around Christmas and New Year's eve.

Reviewed By JVi91This pousada was really nice and we absolutely recommend it. The bungalow was clean, spacious and above all had a spacious bathroom. The garden is charming. Our general impression was that it felt great staying there and we did not regret our choice!
