Had a fantastic experience staying at cabin 5, right on the point. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need....even a dishwasher, which we never have otherwise. The bathroom is a little dated, but for the experience is insignificant. Would definitely go back. Lots of deer in the evening and other wildlife you can see if you're lucky. Geocaching also at this park. Very nice and helpful park staff.

We were steered here by Tim's Ford TSP information desk for a delicious lunch! We enjoyed the warm temperatures, cool breeze, and some excellent service on the dock. The Onion rings and fried pickles whet the appetite and the chicken tenders and sandwiches went a long way to filling bellies before our next adventure. We had two teens and a toddler with us and found something on the menu to please everyone.
