Velingrad (Bulgarian: Велинград) is a town in Pazardzhik Province, Southern Bulgaria, located at the western end of Chepino Valley, part of the Rhodope Mountains. It is the administrative center of the homonymous Velingrad Municipality and one of the most popular Bulgarian balneological resorts. As of December 2009, the town has a population of 22,500 inhabitants.

This is perfect option for outdoor activities in Velingrad. If you would like to try horse riding for first time - you will have a well experienced trainer who will guide and teach you with patients. The price for this pleasure are very reasonable. I will visit it again for longer ride.

Beautiful place. We had a very nice day out in here. There are cafés, restaurants and boats to have a tour in the lake. Perfect for kids as well. We all ejoyed it.
