Our complete experience with Martin & Joy has been faultless. From the initial email correspondence with Joy to the ride through Gran Canaria has been a complete pleasure. Martins knowledge of the island is superb, we travelled some fantastic roads & stopped at some beautiful places to eat and have a drink. The bike we rode (wifey as pillion) was well maintained & a joy to ride. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would ride with them again.
They are a very friendly & sociable couple too, easy to get on with.
The mountain roads are definitely for the more experienced rider & not for the feint hearted to get the most out of them.
Well done Martin & Joy, you've got it right!!
We'll be back :-)

great place for renting, very experienced staff, they give you excellent advice as to where and what to sail, the gear is pretty run down though, with the brutal conditions in Pozo no surprise though.

Really appreciated the care and caution they took to make sure I dive safely, and while under water all the beautiful sea creatures including an octopus, starfish, urchins, sea spider, and lots of amazing sea life were pointed out to me. I was helped before and after with my equipment, and a nice tea and cakes greeted me when we got back to the diving centre. I was also given a form for my log book and advice on how to get a diving license. Loved it!

This time of year the place is quiet, but it definitely has a charm about it. Castillo del Romerol means Pilgrims Castle - 100 years ago it had a castle built to protect itself. It still is a fishing village and at the harbour we saw boats coming in with their catch and people ready to buy their fresh fish. At one end of the harbour is a lighthouse where I saw an unique crab amongst the rocks At the other end is a Promenade leading to a natural enclosed sea water swimming pool that at the time of our visit was being used by the locals. The beach is quiet, although the beachside restaurants were also being patronized by the locals..
