Sunhill Dairy Goats is a family run goat dairy that produces farmhouse goat cheeses and goat milk skin care products and soaps. We welcome families, coaches and groups for cheese tasting or tour of the dairy and farm. Farm shop is open daily 10-4pm, tours are $10 per adult, children free. Tours go for approx 45 minutes.
I booked a farm tour for myself, my daughter and 3 1/2 year old grandson. Richard the owner was very knowledgable. They have 20 goats on the farm and an Alpaca to keep the foxes away. At the end of the tour we were able to sample some delicious cheeses. I bought herb and garlic feta as well as lovely face wash and soap

This museum is first rate and a must for visitors to Uralla. We spent hours there and learned a lot. It is spread out over a few floors and has chair lifts for people who need them. It offers free tea and coffee (make your own) and the gardens are also worth a visit. The volunteers are very knowledgeable and the Historical Society has done an amazing job restoring the old mill, thus preserving our history. Also fun for kids reading abiut the old expression “She’ll be right, mate”.
