I came in a few weeks ago and met with Brendan about how can I transition quicker in my Tri races from the swim to the bike and then to the run and Brendan showed me some cycle shoes and laces for my runners. I bought them and in this mornings race (I've been off for two weeks) they worked a treat. Thanks heaps Brendan for the chat, time and help
