The museum features many parts of WACO aviation. If you are an aviation lover, then you'll want to mark your calendar for the WACO fly-in. It was spectacular seeing all of the old planes. It was a great turn out. You can get a ride in a beautiful red or yellow WACO plane.

If you live anywhere close to Troy, love sweet corn, and are NOT buying it here, you don't know what you are missing. Late in the Summer you can start expecting the sweet corn to arrive in truck beds in the barn, it is delicious, seriously delicious. I know you can go to the local grocery stores and get Fulton Farms corn, but to me the ONLY way to get it this fresh is right in the barn. I buy as much as I can, and I even freeze the bi-color variety for good corn all winter long.

We traveled to Bruckner Nature Center this month just to buy a homemade birdhouse in their gift shop. People make handmade items and consign them here. We have been here several times to hike or to see all the wild animals that they are rehabilitating in cages.Highly recommended.

Troy Hayner Cultural Center

Reviewed By Chops1971 - Columbus, United States

My husband and I visited the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center over the weekend. The home where the museum is housed, is quite beautiful. They have done a great job keeping the home in a beautiful state. This would be a fantastic wedding venue for anyone looking! The art is minimal, but unique and worth seeing. They have many historical articles as well, and one of the gentlemen who works there is eager to talk about the history of the home and the family. It doesn't take long to get through the entire house, but it is definitely worth a trip if you are in the area!
