if it was not full of People using their mobiles and spoling atmosphere and Picture possibilities. Nothing too great but nice and well kept and the central place to start the visit of the town. Nicely decorated walls though.

We took the truck and worth every penny/cent/peso if travel by 1950s Russia trucks is your thing.
Totally uncomfortable,
Got soaked on the way back.
Loved every minute; sheer fun.
Unique is not the word.
Great walk, swim was delightful.
Guide was very knowlegeable re fauna, history etc.
Really one of the highlights of our time in Cuba.

A nice three-hour walk on the stream banks to Waterfalls. It was a nice physical activity after touring Santiago. You cross the stream several times and your shoes will probably get wet. There are some hilly spots; just take your time. I forgot to bring my swimming suit and wish I did to swim in the pool by the Waterfalls.

We spend not only one day but a few ones on the beach. At different parts. It's full of hotels but you can find quiet places as well. It is worth to walk a bit further?

We had read a lot about this place but no one had mentioned that just a year ago a woman fell thru the second floor breaking her leg so it's been closed since then. You would think the websites would update the status but no.

The museum is interesting and well preserved. It cost 3 cuc's to enter. There are some good Exhibitions, from cookery items to some furniture and weapons. Unfortunately, everything is in Spanish. The best part is the tower. Do go up the tower (which is very narrow and crammed, with tiny steps), because the view of Trinidad from the top is great.

We got a guide to show us through this museum (ask for one when you pay your entrance fee), which enhanced our enjoyment and learning. There is no charge for the guide but a tip is appreciated. It's not a large museum - we were through in half an hour or maybe a bit more. As others have noted, the bathroom facilities were particularly interesting. It appears that opening hours may vary from those posted - we originally planned on visiting on a Sunday but it was closed, so we had to go back the next day.
