This beach could be spectacular! The beautiful white sand, the calmness of the water, the slope of the beach and its easy access all make this a potential fabulous location to hang out with friends, or family or even by yourself. Unfortunately all of these fantastic attributes are lessened by the ashtray that the beach has become. One cannot walk anywhere on the beach without stepping on cigarette butts or wrappers of some kind. The guys running the beds try their best to keep the areas around the sunbeds clean but it seems that they are fighting a losing battle. I cannot say whether this is the class of tourist who come here or whether the locals themselves are responsible, all I can tell you is how disappointing it is to sea a place with so much potential be turned in to an ashtray.

Slightly updated to make it healthier and not too detrimental to your figure. Organic ingredients, free range meat, wild fish. Only!!!

Two things about myself first: I'm picky and I usually don't write reviews cause I don't have time and I'm lazy :) . But sometimes I feel like to do so cause I loved it!!!! I can't praise this cooking school enough. Irina is amazing by herself and her cooking classes are incredible. Me and my husband took them on different days (cause one had to babysit the kids!!! :) ) and we both loved it (plus, we are originally from two different cultures ). I think just the fact that we are using the recipes on every day basis at home means a lot.
First of all, Irina is extremely kind and helpful. She took the time to explain things and answer all our questions thoroughly without feeling like we were annoying :) She really adjusted to our level.
The equipment is just the top, from very small kitchen tools like knives, cutting boards etc to all the kitchen appliances.
The quality of the cooking ingredients....I don't know how to express it in the best way but they were really THE BEST in all possible ways. Time which Irina and her husband spent on getting all of that around Tolo area (sometimes meaning spending basically the whole day to get the ingredients for the next cooking lesson, just to make sure that it's all of the best quality).
And the dinners after we cooked everything... I enjoyed every single moment :)
Maybe not the most important thing but still : the location of the school is excellent and has an absolutely picturesque view of Tolo - I miss it every day.

It is day trip from Tolon to Hydra and Spetses Islands. We took the tour on Tuesday and it cost 34€ per person. We stayed 3 hours on Hydra and 2 hours on Spetses island. I think it is the second best attraction after Tolon beach in the town. Very punctual cruise.

It is new and very nice church used mostly for wedding or baptism with great view on the town and sea! Beware of small angry dog on the way up! We were lucky enough to be there when the church was opened because of wedding.

If you are ever stuck for an idea for a gift please pop in and look around this shop. You will be surprised at the variation in stock. From articles hand crafted from olive wood, to lotions made from olives and a great assortment of bits and bobs. You can never get enough of bits and bobs! Experienced staff in the shop are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. So if you are visiting Tolon call in - you will be most welcome.

Not super expensive and a great value if you are going with family/friends/group. Got the powerboat, great condition and easy to navigate. Staff was super helpfull and gave a quick tutorial. Got a little sea adventure and got in some diving away from the main beach. Highly recommend it or the sea kayak as well. They also have windsurfers and if you have some basics it looked awesome!

If you’re going out for a drink in tolón, you should definitely check this place out! The variation of different beverages are amazing and it’s made with quality liqour and craftmanship for a good price. Especially the Mojito was my favorite, a 10/10
The variation of music is good and the volume allows you to have a chat with your friend/partner, but also getting jiggy with IT if you’re in the mood! You can also request songs in the bar wich is recieved with a smile from the barman.
The guy who works at this place makes you feel very welcome and he often takes the time to sit down and chat with his customers, and indicates a servicemind beyond what’s expected.
ViBE is a bar where it’s easy to return night after night!

Während unseres Tolo-Aufenthaltes im Juli 2017 haben wiederholt unsere Abende in Lina´s Cocktailbar bzw. in deren Roofgarden verbracht. Die Bedienung dort ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; die Lokalität unter dem freien (Sternen-) Himmel mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht von Tolo sucht ihresgleichen.
Wir können diese Cocktailbar auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !
