I visit the skydive to live an experience that i wanted for a long time. Jump front a plane at 17,000 ft is certainly a life experience.
The staff is very professional and friendly.
The whole experience is crear, the facilities are in good conditions.
There are no words to describe the thrill of the jump but the feeling of freedom and the rush of adrenaline.
I strongly suggest to jump early in the morning and have a breakfast at Hacienda dé Vistahermosa

The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because I question the reasons for doing this garden in a place that is short for water.
That a side this is very beautifully done my favorite is the Cactus garden. It is growing everyday in size. It is very hot there in the middle of the day be aware

This was my first visit to any place like this, so of course I thought it was amazing =) The water is crystal clear and a perfect temperature. There are two little water slides that are a lot of fun. The trees there are really amazing!

I visited this park with 2 friends from abroad on a Tuesday. I was already expecting the park to be somewhat empty since it was a weekday. What I wasn't expecting was for 7 slides to be closed due to "maintenance", 7 slides is about a third or more of the rides here. We drove for 3 hours to get to the park for us to find out that the main attractions they promote were actually closed. We were not informed when we checked the website or social media page and we weren't informed when we bought the tickets in the park itself. It is obvious to see that the slides aren't closed for maintenance issues but because the park is understaffed and they can't cost staff or the rides themselves because of the small amount of people that enter the park but a heads up would have changed everything so I highly recommend to call and check before you visit. All set aside the park has great attractions, just wish they were all open, service is average and it's quiet a trip to get to the actual park but it is worth a visit if the whole park is open like it should be.

Lo visitamos aprovechando el fin de las vacaciones escolares. Lo recomiendan como un buen lugar pero la verdad es que está en total abandono. Las instalaciones sucias y descuidadas. Los casilleros están oxidados, los baños y vestidores llenos de telarañas, el piso roto, agua fría. La alberca de olas estaba a media capacidad, las alberca de 'tres cascadas' fuera de servicio. Los toboganes sin mantenimiento y algunos dos no funcionaban. El colmo de todo es el personal cuya actitud dista mucho de ser amable, parece que les molesta ir a trabajar ni siquiera contestan tu saludo. No hay servicio de comida y sólo encontramos papitas a 17 pesos y refrescos o cerveza no tan fríos. Una verdadera decepción, no vale la pena ir. Se nota que en sus tiempos fue de los mejores Balnearios pero actualmente está en decadencia y total abandono.

Mountain bike: More than 500 kms of roads and trails for all abilities and condition through beautiful landscapes. Star Observation: Ideal place since south is totally dark allowing you to see a lot of stars, including the Milky Way. Camping: Ample space with the necessary amenities to make your stay more comfortable and now with a Tipi to stay overnight. Ultralight flight: Flight of 15-20 min. in an plane really it gives a great feeling of freedom while flying through wonderful places. Arrachera steak burgers on the grill with fries. Rafting in an exciting and fun river 14 km long.

Jorge (the owner) is great for planning and being on top of every need we had. He planned for me rafting, tubing, biking and all accommodations and food.
The place is huge so camping is easy. The tipi is authentic and very specious inside for 4.
The sun can be a killer so bring an umbrella if you will sit around during the day.
The burgers are nice and the shop has some basics in case you need drinks, chips and snacks. You can also get repellent and toothpaste.
The bathrooms are very clean but the showers are outside and are only to rinse not to fully shower.
Highly recommended.

Albatros paracaidismo cuenta con instructores certificados para hacer tu salto la mejor de las experiencias, la zona es cómoda puedes esperar , comer , tomar algo y ver fotos y vídeos de los que han saltado antes que tu.
hace poco metieron una atracción nueva , es un tunel de viento que también logras sentir la sensación de volar, es el único en Mexico , sin duda es una zona donde puedes experimentar muchas cosas extremas, no dudes en hacer un viaje en ultra ligero
te va a encantar, si vas a teques no dudes en pasar por albatros paracaidismo , la mejor zona de teques

I had some troubles with the reservation but it was because of my job, they understand and help me to re-schedule, also have some troubles with my way from Mexico City to tolantongo so I didn't arrived on time for the jump they also understand and move the hour, I want with my cousin we have a very professional instructors that also have the nice feeling to do of your experience something to remember. They just need to put more attention in the club, it have so much potential but needs attention !!! The rest very thing great, very charm people
