Piramagrun mountain have very beautiful places to visit as it has several valleys from many sides of it. One valley from Swse village leads to a very beautiful nature valley with an interesting cave, Gechkar cave, where you need a guide with you to find it and you need headlamp and proper hiking shoes and water proof clothes. Expect 5-7 hours hiking according to your group speed.

Amna Suraka

Reviewed By lanjak - Iraq, null

Recently I visited the museum with a friend from overseas. I never thought I would be such overwhelmed. It bears within its walls recent history of south Kurdistan which I have witnessed and lived. But been here was a different matter, a large doze of mixed emotions of patriotism, sorrow, rage and disappointment hit me in a way that I couldn’t come out of it for couple of days. Nonetheless I left in tears for all those young men and women martyrs of ISIS war whose portraits were decorating the walls of the museum. Visit this place, it is a must. You can’t live in this city or visit it without going to the Amna suraka musem.

Sarchnar Park

Reviewed By 583eglee - Syracuse, United States

I don't agree with people who said the Zoo is the saddest zoo has ever been seen, or the place is worn and old, and not safe. As a native, Sarchinar Park represents Slemamni city and it has own meanings to all people of its city and others who come to visit it. You might seen or visited this place once, but only people or the native can describe their memories and bring back what happened during old times. This place used to be the most crowded places in the city and the only place to gather families and having fun. Of course this park needs attention or need renovation, but what can we say to a government that doesn't care much and provide adequate budget to renovate this place. However; Sarchinar Park still stay in my heart and nothing can wipe off the memories that carved.
