In past, there were two observation towers available here - one on Bahrain, one on Saudi side. But there is long and slow reconstruction going on, so no reason to visit this place.

The Raven's Nest Board Game Cafe

First of it's kind in the region. A space for geeks and fantasy world lovers! 60+ board games to enjoy with a decent cup of coffee and music to warm your soul. Artworks of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones. Dungeons & Dragons corner, Book Clubs, Used Books and wood ceilings and floors. Perfect for big groups.

My favorite escape from the real world in Bahrain.
F&B:
Really good quality coffee & drinks. My top choices are Caramel Latte and Wildfire (yes it's named after GOT and it's beautifully spicy). I order the grilled chicken & avocado Sandwich every time, and it's delicious.
Atmosphere:
Beautiful interior, cosy and very friendly as the staff greet you with a warm welcome like you were entering someone's home. My favorite Seating area is the used books corner, where it literally feels like The Weasley's living room. ❤️
Activity:
Pretty much an unlimited variety of board games to play if I'm with friends. If I'm there solo, it's a calming place to sit and draw in my sketchbook or get some work done, or catch up on the book I'm Reading.
Overall a highly recommended destination, hands down!

This was my second visit to the Grand Mosque in Bahrain. The volunteers made me feel welcome during both visits. They are extremely knowledgeable and able to discuss how the Quran relates to everyday life. We also had discussions of the teachings from the Quran and the Bible. It was very interesting to learn about the Arabic culture.

Saar Mall

Ive been to the mall few times, there are some nice food outlets. I like lumee its spacious and i like the interiors and the food. Starbucks with drive thru! There is geant easy for quick grocery shopping. Few food outlets in the food court as well. Yellow submarine and kids palace for little kids to play. Yellow submarine is very well maintained and very clean and safe for the kids but I find it somehow a little bit expensive and it gets really crowded during weekends.

Bahrain National Museum

It's a small but well arranged archeological museum. Exhibit is not massive, augmented with many photos Unluckily to me, one section "grave" was being closed, but Dilmun and other historical sections were open. Instead of joining a tour (as I couldn't find a convenient one) I took cab/uber and strolled as I like. There is a nice cafe inside with free WiFi. I took archeological tour the day before. Maybe the reverse order may work better. Museum first and see the barbar temple etc. if you have enough time.

Positives:
Wave pool.
Mini-restaurant inside the park.
Indoor temperature.

Areas of improvement:
Difficult to get there (difficult accessibility).
Too much overpriced.
Opportunistic for every thing to get over money ( selling clothes with triple prices which poor quality, parents must even they will not play same price, one time go in and go out and if you want to go in again you have you to pay again, clothes back box overpriced, some locker rooms facilities...etc).
Very poorly non-collaborative staff especially in the activities places.
Some activities are dangerous with non-safety preparation especially head trauma.
Incorporated toilets with locker dressing rooms, which makes it dirty.

Royal Camel Farm

Welcome to the Royal Camel Farm, Bahrain. This farm is open every day from sunrise to sunset, with free entry and free parking on-site as well as washroom facilities. Please note that the camels with chains are males, and the reason for using the chains is to prevent them from otherwise killing each other to mate with the females. They are thus spaced equally apart so that other male camels are outside their bite reach. Female camels can be seen inside the pens where they are free to roam.
