What a fantasatic well kept & manicured Golf course! Staff were very helpful both Pro Shop and in the Bar & Restuarant. Their Ladies section were welcoming and made our days golfing memorable. Hoping to set up an Annual Event on both sides of the water. Many thanks to all concerned. Food was delicious.

We came across this place while searching for an eatery near Rosslare Harbor. The advertisement was "Massive BBQ" Friday night. We thought we would give it a shot and it was NOT massive! I must say, the food was good and the price was good, but it was literally a cook in front of a backyard size BBQ, reheating meat from the kitchen. Not much around, but temper your expectations!

Wexford Wildfowl Reserve

Reviewed By christopher a - St. Lucia

Plenty of parking, free to enter and well laid out areas by the National Parks service.
Several small lakes housing varieties of birds. Observation stations, stairs to viewing boxes not for the infirm, but worth the effort. For late September, not a great deal to see. Ducks and a few Canadian geese are here now, with coots and herons soon to appear. Good toilet facilities but only vending refreshments available. Make sure to make a stop at end of the lane when departing, to visit the small beach. It looks right across the estuary to Wexford town. A pleasurable visit AND it is free!

Curracloe Beach

Curracloe Beach is a regular holder of the Blue Flag Beach status. The dunes are currently the subject of an active conservation policy by Wexford County Council ensuring that this marvellous amenity and the plant and wildlife it contains, will be preserved for future generations. A nature trail runs through the dunes and continues for 5 km to Raven Point, passing through the beautiful peninsula which constitutes Raven Nature Reserve.

Of the many Beaches I have had the pleasure of visiting, this is easily the most beautiful. Pristine, picturesque and peaceful. We walked and walked and it just got more varied and pretty as we progressed. Unusually, there is a green forest right up against the beach, which provides a stunning contrast of landscapes. The colours and atmosphere are remarkable. Cannot wait to return.

Although the weather wasn't great, we managed to take the same Pilgrimage walk that many thousands have done before us. There were many stops on the way and lovely statues. We were lucky enough to have a guide who explained many of the stops we would have missed. Be aware that at the Lake, the winds can be high. ENJOY! Do see the Church also-beautiful!

Also it's a very welcoming place where I've bought anything from funky flip flops to retro sweets for the kiddies, such a nice spot to relax with a coffee outside and watch the world go by..

I visited here with my friend recently and we got a guided tour. Ben our tour guide was very informative, funny, interactive and entertaining.
We thoroughly enjoyed our walk and tour. The weather was super which added to the experience.
There is a reduced rate for those living in county Wexford which is brilliant.
