It's a BEAUTIFUL place. It's a must for Iranians, but foreigners can go to more BEAUTIFUL places with more facilities including WiFi availability. There are neither Wi-Fi nor phone services.
It's NOT in Rasht. It's very far from Rasht which is the Capital of Guilan Province. There are same BEAUTIFUL sights that are nearer to Rasht.
Masouleh & Ghal'eh Roudkhan (Roudkhan Castle) are good examples.

Qale Rudkhan is located near the town of Fuman. Hire a taxi to get you there and back.
You cannot miss the huge parking lot, from where the trail starts. A cobblestone path with many steps and lined with teashops and eateries takes you through along a small river and through jungle forest up to the castle in about 1 hr walking time.
Go there before mid-day, while most of the path will still be in the shade. Avoid Fri/Sat, when the area is packed with day-trippers and you will be pushed about by the crowds.
The castle is perched on a hilltop and you spend another hour or so following the perimeter walls on a steep and stony path. Breath-taking views from the less-visited far end of the castle. Very worthwhile!
No food stalls on the castle, drinking water taps and basic toilet facilities are available.
Entrance fee 150k IRR/ 3EUR, tickets are sold directly at the castle entrance.

Make sure, you will visit Guilan rural heritage museum to see real life style and culture of Guilan which are collected in this place. It is one of the most fantastic and attractive place in Guilan. A valuable treasure at the middle of Saravan Woods. You will enjoy alot.

It's the oldest garden in Rasht and was built in 1908. There's historic building in here which name is "Kolah Farangi", it was a summer mansion for the owner of garden. The garden itself, is fascinating, there are lots of benches and paths throughout the park, there are lots of green spaces for picnicking, there are several playground for kids and it's kid friendly too. If you are a photographer, I bet you'll find lots of beautiful spot to take photos as well :)

Mellat Park is a one of the Newly founded park in Rasht . Almost facility is a nice park , the larges aquarium from Caspian Sea bony fish , garden birds, Equipped library of Astronomy Centre Vstarh Among them

Its the city center of rasht that you can find many traditional shops ,cinemas ,hotels and some restaurants and Cafe.only way to going there is taxi and bus .
