My wife and I visited Escalet Beach on a weekday in July. We showed up at about 1000. There was no free street parking available when we arrived, but there was a lot right across from the beach that charged €5. The beach itself was beautiful, and the water was very clear. It was very crowded both on the sand and in the water. By noon time it was completely packed, so be sure to show up early if you would like to stake out a spot. It's a nice beach to visit, just be prepared for a crowd.

The beach has a very beautifull green backyard en is extremely well protected by Ramatuelle. One thing i dislike are the extremely high prices for drinks compared to other countries .We come here for more then 40 years and have seen the transformation from the 68 generation to the business generation . From simple Provence wines to marketing wines like Provence wine Minuty 281 list price 110€ on restaurant. The soil changed in dollars. Nevertheless an nice place to visit and it can be done cheap too ( public beaches)

We did half a day of DH shuttles with Manou and John starting from the Windmills above Ramatuelle. John is a great guide and he knows the tracks inside out. The rental equipment was spot on. Enduro style bikes, full face helmets and knee and shin pads.
Make sure to give them a call as the contact form on the website wasn't working when we tried to book.
All in all a great company to get your DH fix at the Cote d'Azur. Highly recommend!

My 10 year old son got his PADI this summer at the European Diving School in Ramatuelle. I was very impressed with their professional yet patient approach. After 6 dives and the final exam (for which they really prepped him) my son was so proud with his license for life. I can only say it was a pleasure to see how they fuelled the enthusiasm and confidence for diving during the week. Absolute to be recommended!

Super relaxed at Tahiti Beach.
It's off season now so less people, easy to get a sun bed.
Prices are still mainstream but then you are in Saint Tropez and can enjoy the views and the exclusivity of the place, the vibrancy.
Highly recommended: staff is super friendly, easy-going and always up for a joke. We had kids with us and they were super nice with them as well.

This is one of the most vulgar, unsophisticated, places I've ever made the mistake of visiting. Waiters look as though they're wearing fancy dress. Food is awful. I'm surprised (and alarmed) that we were allowed in because based on the clientele present when we visited, it appeared that you need to look like a B-list gangster to get in. The 'table talker' in the attached picture sums the place up perfectly.
