Suley Taxi Driver Zanzibar and Tours

I’m a driver, good conductor, friendly and available anytime to try to make your Zanzibar tour more than a good experience. I have been driving since 4 years around Zanzibar, meeting people and having good time with them. I’m able to help you organizing tours and transport only, I’m here for a change, I would really like to be the difference and I’ll do my best to climb on top.

Suley picked me and a friend of mine at the airport and took us off to Stone Town. When we were arranging the transfer, we didn't have acces to the internet, and he picked us up by trusting just one mail we sent to him, including only our name and approximate time of arrival. We were blessed to see him waiting for us on the airport. Later he took us from Stone Town to Paje, and also the other way around, including a stop at the Jozani forest. Besides being an excellent, independant, reliable taxi driver, he knows the island's interesting points for visiting, which makes him a good trip organizer as well. If you need him for the whole day, its not a problem for him, just tell him in advance. His taxi is also super clean, capacity for 7 persons, and a good sized trunk if you need space, for instance, kitesurfing luggage etc. As for price, you dont need to negotiate like at every other driver, because the first one is always fair.

Tazari Caves

Reviewed By Mmazipan

Great experience. There is a cave and a chameleon centre which have seperate entrance fees. The place was easy to find - you can get public transport (dala dala)or a taxi. It is well signposted from tbe main road and about a 10 minute walk. There were cool stalagmites, crab spiders, bats and lots of interesting things to see. The cave was apparently discovered in 2013. This is a must visit and a nice change from the beaches.

Nungwi Natural Aquarium

Reviewed By Bidule005 - France, null

We visited the Baraka natural aquarium, which located very closely to Nungwi, in January 2018. It is a sanctuary for rescued green sea turtles in a small lagoon, before they will able to leave teh sanctuary. During this very interesting visit, we gave lettuce to the turtles, and we were allowed to swim close to them in the lagoon. It was a fantastic and unique experience!!! Moreover, visits of the centre help to support the endangered sea turtles conservation.
