Stumbled on this little gem as it is next to the taxi rank. Knocked, fell into a seat and discovered an excellent cup of coffee, snack and pleasant staff, under the winter sun. Got my taxi feeling renewed and regenerated.

We went for a nice walk along the beach and around the area. There are nice cafes and shops to wander around. A nice beach with lovely sea and coast views.

From start to finish I found Diamond Limos the most professional and easy to work with company after crawling online for weeks beforehand.
John sent me his number and we WA to make final arrangements. He answered immediately!
Some of my friends left earlier than me and he collected them in his white Range Rover to bring to the airport and did the same again for us 2 days later!
He gave us a better rate than local taxi firms! If we hadn't of used him
We would of missed our flight as we slept in and he rushed to get us there in time! Can't recommend John at Diamond Limo enough and will use him again for sure!

I have booked courses and hired clubs from Sunshine Golf and they are so easy to deal with. Their staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and go out of their way to find the best courses at the right price.
I had booked again with them for May but an a recent accident has meant I can't play. When I explained they refunded my deposit which they did not have to do.
I can't thank them enough for their kindness and only hope I will be able to book with them sooner rather than later.

The tower is manned by volunteers who provide information on local attractions and the area. All speak English and hope visitors make a contribution of E1 towards funds for a local charity simply for visiting the tower. However included in the price is a self-guided tour of the tower with the chance to see an elevated view of La Cala from the top. A short film provides facts about the tower. There is no internet access in the tower and the volunteers are unable to help with Reservations in hotels or restaurants. Don't miss the opportunity to purchase for E5 a superb guide book (in Spanish) describing a number of walks in the Sierra de Mijas - an absolute bargain.

Finca La Alegria is a lively stables situated 1 KM inland from La Cala de Mijas. We are able to provide lessons, hacks, kids clubs and parent leads, all run and supervised by our BHS certified instructors. A family run bar serving a wide range of food is also available on site. For local residents we also have available various livery options.

Went here for an 1h campo hack with my girlfriend in september 2016.
The staff was friendly and helpful, our horses were tacked up for us as we arrived.
The ride itself was nice and relaxed, well behaved horses and the staff regularly checked if everything was okay with us and asked beforehand if we wanted to walk/trot/canter which was very much appreciated.
The place is not easy to find so try and figure it out using Google maps beforehand!
Last but not least, the horses were taken well care off and got a shower after the ride which was very nice to see. Would recommand this place, it's worth a visit :-)

Found this wee bar by accident, and so glad we did. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Drinks are superb quality and very competitively priced. Tennants lager on tap for those interested, best pint I had all holiday. There is entertainment and karaoke. Check it out next time you are in the area. We will most definitely be back.
