The park houses the replicas of the well known man made structures from around the work and is located on the bank of river Chambal. A nominal fee is charged for the entry and the best time to visit is after sunset, when all the replicas are lit up. Th e park has been constructed recently and is a modern tourist spot, in the town, which has landmarks, built many years ago.

The temple can be reached by a detour from Kota- Chittaurgarh highway. Garadia Mahadev Temple is a small temple located on the bank of river Chambal, inside a reserve forest area. The spot is famous for the magnificent view offered by curving river Chambal near the temple. The spot came into lime light after it featured in the Rajasthan Tourism ad, which was being telecast on the national Television.
To visit the spot, a forest check post has to be passed and a entry fee has to be paid, which is relatively quite steep. The spot is about a kilometer and half from the check post. The forest guard informed that, there have been sightings of wild animals, including leopards in this area, so the visitors have to exercise caution while climbing down from the vehicle. The forest guards at the check post were helpful in providing us with the information, also advising us on dos and donts.
The place is a must visit and absolutely worth the high entry fee as well as the time spent on taking the detour to visit this spot.
The sight from the river is breadth taking and the experience was Fan-tas-tic.

The coaching hub of India has a floating population of over 4 Lac aspirants and mentors with their respective families, coming from all over India these potential buyers engrossed in their respective roles are at a loss for things to do in this city where they need to stay at least for two years or more.
Being bang on the Rajasthan -Madhya Pradesh National Highway and surrounded by the Coaching Centres training these youngsters for IIT, Engineering, Medical professional Colleges- this Mall is the first one of its kind in KOTA and the Locals as well as the students flock here at any given time.
The place has ample underground parking, a multiplex for the latest flicks, a food Court besides multi- cuisine fine dining restaurants not to mention Subway, McDonalds,Dominos etc. Major Exclusive Brands have a presence here as well as Local outlets.The basement has a functional fun-zone.

City palace is beautiful having lovely view of old Kota city from top,sheesh mahal have beautiful wall paintings with glass murals,maharaj's Darbar hall have silver Diwan n chairs with mirror walls,lovely unfaded glass colours

The temple is dedicated to lord Ganesh and as the name indicates the 'Murthy' of Lord Ganesha is in standing pose. The temple is very popular pilgrimage center among the locals and on some days of the week, the temple is reportedly very crowded.
The temple is small and construction work was going around the temple during our visit.

Should be considered a part of Chambal River Front Development. It is reached by boating traversing through stagnant & dirty water. No temple on the island. More imagination required to enhance tourist satisfaction here

Just 25 km from kota (half way to rawatbhata/baroli) is this waterfall which i think can only be enjoyed in monsoons. A walk of 1km from the main road where the bus will drop you (Rs.20/pp from rawatbhata bus stand, kota), this waterfall is active only in monsoons, else it is all dry. There is a barricade near the temple once you are down 300 steps which stops you from entering further down (but people ignore the warnings). Place is totally safe otherwise. No shops nearby for food (plan accordingly).

This is a very old hanumanji temple at banks of Chambal river constructed on a vast area, now renovated with good architecture and many more idols of other Gods.
The main building of the temple has two garbhgrihas one with hanumanji idol and other with ram parivar. The other idols in other buidings include ganpati, bhairav, shivling.There are two buildings one for priests and other for the carrying out religious events and lunches.Apart from constructed area a large area is rocky and open.
My personal favorite is 'chambal aarti place' just on the river.This site offers a great view of the mighty river and the sunset. On the right one can see the muslim masjid and adharshila along the river and the namazis. On the left is an old palace with more storeys inside the river than u can see above water level ( happened after kota dam was built). So this place is a divine natural beauty and has a lot if u see symbolically.It is best when you arrive here during 'chambal aarti' around 7pm when the river light up in dusk and the sun is about to set.
The good time to visit the place is during evening aarti or even better at midnight aarti where religion and faith ( or sperstition ?? ) can be seen unseparable.
Parking : easily available inside
Prasad : I'll recommend the one from the shop inside the temple premises. Real tasty an hygienic.
This place is suitable for managing huge crowd for functions and religious rituals as well.
If u get a chance to stay longer here, do visit the Old Surya temple facing it and other attractions and temples on the same road.
