Laser tag has come a long way in recent years! I have played at facilities in the bigger cities and the game play at Respawn is by far the best. They are super organized, have the latest equipment, referee the matches and change the layout of the arena often to keep it interesting. We love playing capture the flag and king of the hill. This is a great place to take friends, the family, the office ect. I highly encourage anyone to try it out, everyone is guaranteed to have a blast!

Make time to stop at Bookworm if you’re in Houghton. It’s a cozy, quaint, stuffed with new and used books, with an added bonus of coffee and ice cream treats. If I weren’t with my husband I would’ve stayed til closing hunting through all the books! We left with 5 used books , a jigsaw puzzle of Lake Superior, a postcard and delicious dish of licorice ice cream. It’s too bad I live over 6 hours away...I love this place!
