This place is huge. Double check the map. Come early as parking fills in early. Good facility for housing players. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices for food and drinks are a little on the high side with no outside coolers allowed. Bring sunscreen. A great place to see young players play baseball.

We read about this cider mill and decided to take a tour. We were happy with the choice. The place is set up to taste many products, cider, cheeses, apples and other condiments. After leaving there, I didn't need lunch. We enjoyed seeing the machines and learning about the production and history of the mill.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame is a nonprofit committed to preserving the history of America's pastime and celebrating the legendary players, managers, umpires and executives who have made the game a fan favorite for more than a century. Preserving History. Honoring Excellence. Connecting Generations.
It's been a few years since I've been there. But the place gets better all the time. They keep things fresh by changing exhibits. And really engage young kids by giving them a questionnaire they have to fill out by looking at exhibits and then at the end they get a free pack of baseball cards and some gum. Great gift shop with reasonable price. Don't forget to see one of the halls newest inductee. Homer J. Simpson. No not kidding he is in the baseball in fill area and has a plaque like all the other players.

Part of the Cooperstown beverage trail this is a tiny but beautiful winery surrounded by farms and hills. We got there around closing time, but we were allowed to complete a tasting. This place has concerts in the summers and offers many tables for a picnic. Great stop!

We stayed here for 4 nites during our visit to Cooperstown for Induction Weekend. What a nice quiet campground. Sites are a good size, some with electricity. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The park rangers were visible throughout the day and night. The lake itself was very beautiful. At the beach were facilities from boat rentals, concessions to a picnic area and life-guarded beach. We will surely stay again if ever in the area.

We visited the Cooperstown Brewing company for a tasting and left with fond memories, a variety of swag, and an appreciation for the craft beers which they brewed. The brewery is out in the country next to an old train line. It is a small brewery, but big on good tasting beer!

We stopped here as we travelled the Cooperstown Beverage Trail. What a quaint brewery that was once a dairy barn. The cows have been replaced with delicious variety of beers. My favorite was the Pig Slap IPA. Our sever was very personable and knowledgeable of their products and the industry. Very enjoyable.

Cooperstown’s first equestrian park offers introductory through intermediate riding lessons. Opportunities include lesson programs, weekly lessons, camps, and educational events. Lesson packages are available for ages 6 to adult.
We have participated at this barn for a little over a year. Cody is all about safety and education. This is appreciated for our daughter and other community parents. We are regulars for year round lessons, fun shows, and summer camps. The experience there teaches responsibility and a healthy dose of wonder for the horse involved and participants welcomed at multi-age levels. ...Thanks Cody, the Whitakers

Pail Shop Vineyards opened in 2014 to offer locally grown, small-batch wine in a unique and beautiful setting. Our goal is to create distinctive and delicious wines with grapes from our local area. We currently focus on Traminette, a cold-hearty hybrid of the German grape Gewurztraminer. Our tasting list includes white, red and rose wines ranging from dry to moderately sweet.
Pail Shop Winery is a new to the Cooperstown Beverage Trail and is welcomed addition. The winery is about a mile and a half away from Fly Creek Cider Mill and by all accounts rather small. But do not be misled, small in size does not define how large their service is. We were greeted by our server on the outside serving area, as that the interior was crowded. She was both informative and knowledgeable in their wines and was attentive and engaging during our stay. This place garners a lot of attention and visitors, which speaks volumes for their popularity. They may be new to the scene, but you wouldn't guess that as that they run a very efficient operation. The wines are above average in taste and with that being said they are very affordable in terms of prices. The inside tasting room is also the sales area and the decor is very appealing. We will definitely come back.
