I returned to Melbourne last week for a family visit and knew I would make an appointment for a de-stress massage at Amita Wellness and Spa. I had forgotten how blissful this place is. Araya greeted me and introduced me to Yuki a gentle and lovely Japanese girl. The Spa is so beautifully appointed with no exception to detail. I was given a delicious tea and water. I started with a foot massage which was so well executed that I nearly feel asleep in the chair. Having said that there was enough pressure to revive my poor tired feet. Then a smooth transition onto the bed for a the best massage to relieve all the tension in my body. If you haven`t experienced a Thai massage, go and do it. You will return again and again. Beautiful setup Araya. Thank you.

I was lucky enough to meet Shivjyoti when I worked with a yoga magazine and I am blessed to own one of her malas. I count it among my most valued treasures and I feel Shivjyoti's energy guiding me whenever I wear it. Shivjyoti's presence is clear and calming and her extensive training and experience are very evident. Shivjyoti has created a space for her students and visitors that allows them to feel nurtured and deeply grounded in the practice of yoga and meditation. It is a gift to be part of such a community. Thomas Street Reserve

My kids loved this park and now my grandkids love it too. This is a fabulous area for children. The ‘fort’, as it’s known, is a terrific place for play, for exploration and generally for fun. The land the ‘fort’ sits in is large with enough space for ball games, for running and playing, for kite flying and for picnics. An excellent venue for families - young, old and in-between. Thumbs up for this park.

Bayside’s hidden gem. Lovely small park with rolling hills. Loads to do for kids with two playgrounds to choose from. BBQs. Tennis courts. Beautiful huge established trees to sit under and enjoy a picnic. Clean modern public toilets. Small lake to do some fishing (not to eat, just for fun and let free again).
