As a family of two adults and two teenages (experienced skiers) we hired our skis and boots from La Soletta. The staff spoke excellent English and provided us with high quality equipment; this performed well throughout the week in varying snow conditions. The service included giving us a lift back to our hotel (Etoile des Neiges) and collecting the equipment from the hotel at the end of the hire period. Thank you for a great service.

We have skied in pila over the past 12 or so years and we have always enjoyed our stay. The runs are well pisted and looked after suitable for all levels, good fun park too. We find there is plenty for us to do as we are not ones for racing around and it suits our style. Plenty of cafes with good mountain food and drink. Very reasonably priced, coffee €1 to 1.5. This has not changed over the years. There are a few shops, bars and hotels easily accessed from tbe slopes. Gondola into Aosta worth a try. Lovely town with lots to see and plenty of shops and roman sites.
