Funiculaire Fribourg

Reviewed By stefanw628 - Getafe, Spain

The funiculaire is one of Fribourg's main and picturesque attractions. It uses a cable traction to connect the lower 'basse ville' with the town centre higher up and gravity (laden with sewage water) to pull the lower funiculaire cabin upwards.
