I was on holiday in Forster and found the studio on the MindBody app. I reached out to them about their casual class options. Mia replied immediately and I went to a Yin/Rejuvenating class. It was heaven. If you are on holidays and want to relax and unwind, this was better than a massage! The studio was clean and had all equipment you would need. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I am sure the other classes are more athletic. This one was exactly what I needed - relaxing with DEEP stretching, holding poses for a long time. We ended with 15 min yoga nidra meditation. Loved it and will be back next time I'm in town!
