Ok, so here it is. There is never a perfect experience from one of these places, but honestly we had close to one here at iT'z in Euless. My wife and I with our two boys, 13 and 10, went to celebrate our sons birthday. The laser tag changed since the last time we went, the guns were updated and worked much better than a few years ago. We had the unlimited pass which starts at 8pm and ends when they close. We played 6 or seven times and even my wife loved it. With the pass we got unlimited video games (this is the regular video games, not the ones that you get tickets or prizes). And you get 20 credits toward the tickets/prize games. My wife loved playing some of the old timer games like ms packman, and I loved playing Galaga, yes we are old. My kids played the shooting games, etc. The mini bowling was fun and was included as unlimited, as well as the bumper cars. The staff was friendly and provided a fun night....we will be back. Oh, and they have pizza, drinks, etc. Not sure how busy it will be on a weekend night, we went on a weekday night and there was never a line.

The staff here is amazing! We will pick Bowlero Euless over any other bowling places any day!!! I receive a welcome home experience every time my family and I walk in the door. The staff here is certainly leaps and bounds above others in customer service. Each staff member really goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best bowling experience possible. This place is so amazing I would come just to eat! Lauren Naples in the sales office is accommodating, professional and sweet. The staff on site really set off the whole experience, I would like to mention a few people. Management at this location knows what they are doing, Joey and Joe have all the skills and are always so friendly. I was checked on several times throughout the night and felt really taken care of! The bartender Miles seriously rocks, he is quick, efficient and friendly! James the mechanic helped us out when needed and fixed our oddly thrown gutter ball promptly and in under 2 minutes. I recommend this place to all my friends and we will certainly be back! Special shout out to the janitorial staff for keeping everything so clean(especially during these times). Special shout out to the chef for cooking awesome food as well!
