wonderful time! Excellent guide great with the horses,never made you feel nervous I actually felt like I knew what I was doing.He took us up in the mountains beautiful views. We went back a different way so the ride was never boring. Definitely worth taking a ride with horsin around. We will be back!!

FUN! FUN! FUN! FUN! Educational. Welcoming. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Enthusiastic. I loved the stories behind the wines. And the staff? SERIOUSLY down to earth, funky, friendly, warm. Just makes your heart happy. Wines were very interesting. Didn't try the food, but it looked great. A happy stop on our way to Sedona!

This is one great place to stop. Go during your Birthday month and you are free. Yes, there are fences, but it really does feel like Africa with roaming animals so close you could touch them. The various shows are not just animals doing tricks. They are animal keepers who love those animals, helping them to show off what makes them unique. The keepers want you to understand just how special each animal is. What a delightful day. Plan on spending at least 4 hours. Take the various tours and then spend some quality time alone with you favorites. They also have great zip lining, but if you love the animal show you won’t waste the time. Loved it.

Small museum on the main road in Clarkdale, near Jerome. Too much info to absorb on one visit. Fascinating story of Trench Art from World Wars. Want to revisit.

My boyfriend and I visited Page Springs Cellars in January 2018. I believed we were going on a private vineyard tour with a meat/cheese tasting board to pair with the wine. The grounds are really nice and there was an area inside to eat and also tables outside. We didn't try any of the food but from what everyone said, it's delicious. We met our guide Lauren to start and she took us around the main property and then we got into the van and went to other spots in the vineyard to where the other grapes were grown. Lauren was really informative and answered all our questions about the winery. She had this cool backpack that was made for holding wine and throughout the tour, we were able to taste different wines at the spots where those specific grapes were grown. At the end of the tour, she brought us to a picnic area where she had glasses with flowers in them on the tables. While we were sitting at one of the picnic tables, I thought Lauren went to get the charcuterie, when she really went to get my boyfriend's phone to film his proposal. Little did I know, but he and Lauren had been planning this for over a week! I was so surprised and it was such a pretty place to get engaged. We made sure to get a couple bottles of wine to share with our families. The wine was all great and moderately priced. Thank you Page Springs and Lauren for making our engagement so special!

The Blazin' M Ranch dinner/show was a highlight of our RV Group's rally in the Verde Valley. The tractor-pull, gun range, and the wood carving dioramas were all great pre-dinner experiences.
The BBQ dinner served on our tin plate, as we walked by the Conestoga wagons, was delicious... especially the prickly pear coleslaw.
The music show was all country and well done. We laughed a lot and joined in on the songs. The Ghost Rider song as the grand finale was superb!
Do not miss this fun evening if you are in the Cottonwood area.

Located on the outskirts of the charming town of Cottonwood. We have to thank our server at the Arizona Stronghold winery in town for suggesting that if we found Montezuma's Castle a fascinating archeological site, we must visit Tuzigoot. She was right, and we're glad we did. The museum holds numerous artifacts uncovered on site. They really provide you with an understanding of the daily life of these now long disappeared peoples. The most fascinating for me were the textiles. Thousands of year old fragments of both tie dyed and intricately woven fabrics. To see them and watch the accompanying video/audio tape informing us about their rarity (in the case of the tie dyed piece) was jaw dropping.
The site itself, located at the top of a hill, offers a broad view of the surrounding valley. The main building atop the hill and the numerous ones descending the slope, provide a fascinating glimpse into this lost culture. Had it not been so cold at the top of the hill last Sunday morning, when we visited, we might have lingered to listen to the Ranger who offered to answer any questions we had. I regret now that we missed his stories that others report to have enjoyed. Kudos to all Rangers and guides who impart their knowledge and wisdom to others.

My husband and I had a blast on this guided bike tour. We both love road biking but he is an excellent rider and I am okay. When we visit new areas we often rent bikes on our own and figure out routes. In Sedona...MoreAwesome! Just what I like to hear ! My goal as a bike tour owner/operator is to make sure you enjoy yourself. If you're working too hard you may not be having fun. I can accommodate you! Come back and ride with us again!

We stopped at all 3 wineries (within 1/2 mile of each other) for tasting. The idea was to sample wine and buy two bottles of white wine from the ones we liked most. We LOVED the Artist wine at Oak Creek best! The ambience and environment wasn't as nice as the other two wineries but by far this was the sweetest and smooth white wine. We also bought a bottle of white wine from Page Springs Winery...can't remember the name of it though. Didn't even sample wine at Javelina Leap because they only offered 1 white wine. Nice stops after a scenic 89A drive.

I went specifically for a trail ride (horseback) but my friend lives in the area and holds an annual Arizona State Parks pass. We also walked around one of the fishing ponds. We saw a bald eagle catch it's lunch, a blue heron, and lots of other beautiful birds. It's very well maintained and the the gate attendant very friendly and informative.
