The building dates from the 11th-12th century and follows the architectural style of other Andorran Romanesque churches: it has a rectangular single nave with wooden ceiling, a semi-circular apse andLombard-style belfry. It conserves two archways probably built in the16th and 17th centuries.The interior has remains of a 12th century Romanesque stucco crucifix surrounded by a mural showing the crucifixion with Longinus andStephanon accompanied by the Sun and Moon. I definitely recommend visiting this 12th century church, which is a precious little gem on the way to Andorra la Vella, in Canillo (Andorra). It was closed when we stopped by, but still we could see it from outside, and we stayed a while on the porch, feeling the quietness and the intimacy of this ancient place.

Having read about this attraction it became a must visit place. Just to walk out, from the safety of the mountain side into a projecting platform and looking through the glass floor (in parts) to the village below, was quite an experience. A must visit place.

Interesting history about the church. Although I couldn't understand it because it was written in Catalan. Lovely place but not much there. It's not easy to get to on public transport, however it's free to look around. You can walk from here to Canillo from the back of the church, in understand its a lovely 2-3 hour walk. There's no direct walk on the main road.

Not one for the gain hearted as the exposure in the centre section is quite exciting. The route is simple to follow and very varied. You do need to be in reasonable condition as there are some quite tough pull ups in places. Climbing gear can be hired in the climbing shop in Canillo. The shop staff can also advise on routes - the tourist centre told me this route was closed.

This little gem of a motorcycle museum is hidden underneath the carpark for the church of St Joan de Casalles, and is fairly well signposted from the main road. Go down the stairs into the museum and the staff are very friendly, happily looking after helmet and rucksack if you're thus encumbered.
The museum itself if full of an eclectic mix of motorcycles from the 1900's to the 80's, some beautifully restored and some in nice original condition. From the 20's BSA "Round Tank", via some beautiful European models to the Vincent Black Shadow and then the Z1300 with King n' Queen seat, there's something for everyone here! My personal favorite had to be the 50's Velocette police bike with a fairing the size of a barn door and a thermos flask hidden behind it.
There is also an extensive display of trials bikes from different eras, and some cool 50's scooters.
As you drive through Andorra, even if you're not a motorcycle enthusiast, you really should stop off here for half an hour or so...

We got a free pass to the Palau de Gel through our hotel. The rink was great and having Karting on ice was something very new. Even my 6 year old got her mini go kart to drive one night. The pool is also great plus a gym, bar, restaurant and even a kids play area, both indoors and out.

i really lovely walk with excellent views along the side of a river. it ends with an amazing viewing platform over a waterfall. A really short but beautiful walk with easy parking. only issue is getting in off the really fast road. highly recommended

Nice area with some picnic tables, a Fountain and 4 bbq pits. Be aware in summer they may be precinted... And only a couple of tables get some shade at lunch time... It can be very hot there! But you can refresh in the river nearby, cold water even better for your feet if you decide to hike up the lakes up the Mountains!

This waterfall is located on the main road between Canillo and Soldeu. It is easy to access as there is plenty of free parking at the base and there are steps to the side to climb to view it further up. There is also a lovely viewing area at the base if you don't want to climb the steps. Worth a quick stop if driving past.
