Bikepark Brandnertal

This was by far the most fun I'd had all week and I had been down at least 2 Alpine Coasters. The place had only just opened (2013 - late review I know) and was still settling in but the manager took time out to talk me through everything and explain what they were hoping to achieve. They had plenty of equipment of various sorts covering all the different activities they catered for and all in very good condition.
My partner decided she wanted to lay by the pool, I decided I wanted to throw myself down a mountain on wheels; I know who had the most fun. After a couple of runs I retired to the bar immediately above the shop and enjoyed a few well earned beers while admiring the beautiful surroundings. There is everything you need for a great day for all ages, especially if the weather is nice.

Lunersee

Reviewed By AlbertSalichs - Manresa, Spain

Lünersee is a lake located in the Tyrol Mountains, in the west part of Austria. Here it is only possible going up with the Lünerseebahn (a cableway). In fact, when you arrive at the lake, you can see fantastic views of surroundings (really incredible!), walk around the lake, do very beautiful excursions, go to eat and drink to the hotel-restaurant, or only relax and enjoy with nature. You choose!
Pitifully, when we arrive (August-2016), it rained and it was cold, but we went to the restaurant, eat a soup and return to go a short walk.

Ski Region Malbun

Glide down the snowy hills, skate through 15 kilometers (9 miles) of idyllic nature, and enjoy your family vacation in small and cosy Malbun. A wonderful place for a wide range of winter activities and relaxing recreation.

We live not far away and have used this ski region for several years already. We are there almost every weekend and during the sports vacation of our children. A great place for families with a lot of attractions for kids. The best place to start learning for the total beginners and also good enough for their friends and family who already ski or snowboard good enough. Not too big, but excellently organized, cosy and lovely, with nice hotels, restaurants and bars. The ski- and snowboard school is also very good. Everything is of premium quality. Very much like Liechtenstein itself!

It might not be a major tourist attraction but if you're in the area it's definitely a good place to visit. After a few days of rest and relaxation in the Mountains around Feldkirch, we wanted something to do and this was great. Not that easy to get to, but lovely to walk around and see all the animals :)

Lunerseebahn

Reviewed By Gaganawati - Tuttlingen, Germany

The cart ticket was 12,20€ for adult and around 7€ for kid. It was worth to pay that much after realised how beautiful the lake is and the alps and the happy faces around and ... and ...
My husband held a return ticket for the cart but he preferred to walk down (on foot) for 45 Minutes. Be careful for the sun burnt when the sun is shiny. The wind usually blows so strong there which makes us don't realise it.
Ps; to walk around the lake we need about 1 hour. Just go from the right of the exit gate to the left through the tunnel or from right come back to the right after the last house before the tunnel.
Ps:there were many people driving a car through the winding road to reach the cart station. Anyway, some people rode bikes and ... there is a bus number 81 for Lünerseebahn.

This golf club is just great! The course itself is nice and medium challenging. Tough to walk the approx. 200 hight meters from hole 1 to 11, but we'll worth it. Great views. If you are not good on foot you might want to rent a cart though.
The woman at the reception that dealt with us for the three days we came there did what she could to make it a great experience for us. It makes me want to stop going to the local golf clubs here in Switzerland which basically all are the exact opposite: unfriendly.

Montafoner Heimatmuseum

Montafon Folk Museum Schruns The oldest parts of the building originate from the 15th century and the long corridors of the upper floors give us an idea of the architecture of the late Middle Ages. The urban flair of the building is the result of the boom of the mining period. In those years, the so-called "Bergrichter", a judge to judge the miners, resided in this house. During the Bavarian foreign rule the building was extended around the year 1800. Later on the police and the jail were situated in the building and thereafter the Music School Montafon. In 1978 the "Heimatschutzverein" for the protection of the cultural heritage adopted the building and extended it four years later. The new part has four stories and houses the permanent and temporary exhibition while the old part offers a tour through the style of home decor and the working world of previous centuries. The latest enlagrement was the building of a cellar for the new Montafon Archive in 2002.

I come here to visit friends, but the place is charming and the views are stunning. Lots of little interesting sights around, but off-season it's very quiet and mostly just locals. Many of the restaurants and hotels are closed, but there's a great little Italian place and a pub or two that stay open during off season.
