This was a great firm massage by therapist who really knows his trade. My shoulder pain vanished the day after treatment I would advise anyone in Burgau on holiday or who live there to go for massage at Beleza Burgau . I would give 6/5 if I could

Bar One is run by Anita and Mark and has now moved to new premises and have extended their offering to include a range of food for breakfast, light lunches & evening dining.is a small bar run by owners Anita and Mark. We still have our full range of Cocktails, Spirits and Beer and look forward to retaining the bar atmosphere we are known for. Good drinks, Good Food, Good Company, Good Fun.
Bar One used to be the tiniest bar in the centre of Burgau. It has recently moved to new larger premises slightly out of the main village which means it can now serve food. They have many daytime and evening music gigs and we visited of an evening. We had their special 8€ menu which included a drink and was exceptional valve while listening to a folk duo. We had a great evening. Our waiter was a credit to the restaurant and we will certainly visit again.

Cycling the Algarve coast, we passed through Burgau and took a detour to the beach leaving me to think: why aren't we hanging out here? The old town that leads to the beach oozes old-world charm. The beach has a private feel as it is backdropped by the town and bookended by cliffs. The white sand is inviting and the waters pretty calm. If you are looking to travel to this part of Portugal, take a close look at Burgau and it's beach.
