I had never done an escape room before and I was a bit skeptical about it. Would it be too cheesy? Would it be too difficult? Would we kill each other in a locked room???? But my good friend (who has done a couple before) got a group together and promised it would be a good time. She was so right! This place was great- from the attention to thematic detail to the personable and helpful staff to the high-tech tricks in the game, everything was well done! We were lucky to be grouped with a couple who work in the industry and even they were impressed by the technology that was put into our game. It was challenging, exciting, interactive, and mostly super fun! I highly recommend and I will be back to see what other challenges this crafty staff has up their sleeves!

The ponds at Hidden Lakes are stocked in April and October with trout and catfish are stocked May - September. All revenue generated from Hidden Lakes permit fees goes directly to stocking the wide variety of fish in the lakes.

Took my kids n was pleased to see that they took the covid pandemic seriously and care about their employees and customers. There was no charge for entering their store, mum and pumpkin patch and the great smelling bakery. They r known for their apple cider donuts that they make all day. There r hand sanitizer stations inside n outside of the zoo. There is a charge for the zoo but it's reasonable compared to other places like Bengtsons in Home Glen. The train n hay ride r loaded with social distancing in mind. They require masks once on property n will not let you in unless you have 1 on. Did notice that they also sold masks in case you 4got urs. The zoo has animals u can feed, slides, sports inflatables, n putput. Several sanitation stations n even noticed that the employees wipe down putters n balls after use. My kids had fun and I felt save bringing my family n elderly mom 2 Johansens Farm. Check their website b4 u go to see their new hours, we found they changed.
