We were checked into a themed room which was really nice, it was a drive in movie themed room. Our room had a bed shaped like a car. I wouldn't bother staying at the hotel if you dont get a themed hotel room.
It overlooked motorworld itself.
However it was absolutely boiling hot at night and none of us got any sleep due to lack of air conditioning. Breakfast wasn't included and the buffet was quite expensive be careful there.
I would say this hotel is good for children who love cars and adults with a car passion. There's a museum for car enthusiasts.

A great Spa even without visiting the Sauna-Garden. But this area has our main focus. The new addiional areas make the Therme even more attractive. New ideas like the sea sauna or the tent as the area with the open fire has been closed, are attractive. Looking forward to the new room after extention of the Therme.
Space for lockers is enough, of course there are high seasons when you have to be patient. Personally I would love to see kind of Tepadarium or Infrared Application for slow, deep warmth but this should not influence the decision to visit this wonderful Spa.

It's a popular and crowded place with a nice interior and great cocktails. Pinacolada is a must-drink. Made with fresh pineapple and coconut. Very good prices when you consider that it's metropolitan area of Stuttgart. The atmosphere is great and the service fast.

Want a beer!? Want to play Darts!? Want to see someone that is from the U.S. and speaks English, then O'Donovan's is the place for you! Near the Panzer military barracks outside of Stuttgart Germany sits the little town of Boblingen and O'Donovan's Irish Pub! They serve on tap a variety of Irish beers and also have many locally brewed beers by the bottle. They have a full service bar and the gals who run it are quite nice! You can order food from La Toscana just across the road and the nice gentleman who owns the place will deliver right to you! You can't beat that. Prices are reasonable and just a nice atmosphere for on your own or a small gathering. Tuesday night at 9:30 is Trivia time, really fun and the prize is a platter of glasses full of schnaps!

I've been here a number of times but I believe it is only open seasonally. From the tower you can see all out into the Swabian Alps and a good 360 degree view of the area. The beer garden is kind of funky and has live bands and special events throughout summer. Nice location in a mini-forest.

The barrack is part of the historical barracks from the 20th or 30th of last century. You can see the observation tower, the former casino from outside the barracks. Built above the city of Böblingen a) for observation purpose and b) for the direct linkage to the Stuttgart barracks.
So this military building is as well the starting point of the 7 km long historic connection between Böblingen and Stuttgart - partly originally paved and in the middle of the nature from the 1930s.

I am glad that I had returned to play squash after 5 years of retiring at such a place. Great people and great environment. I played there for 4 months (almost my whole staying period in Stuttgart). Also. they hold squash tournaments for both amateurs and professionals. The coaches there are so cooperative and encouraging. I wish, one day, to play again there. The only drawback is the location, which is about 30-40 min. train ride from central Stuttgart.

Vorweg: SimINN befindet sich jetzt an der Motorworld in Böblingen. Ich war zum zweiten mal im Simulator, jetzt mit Freunden. Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das man schwer in Wirten vermitteln kann. Man sitzt als "Kapitän" in einem Original-Cockpit einer B 737-800 mit einer Rundumlicht wie in einer pilotenkanzel. Ein erfahrener "Pilot" sitzt auf dem Co-Sitz und beginnt mit einer sehr fachkundigen aber verständlichen Einweisung. Danach hat man seinen "ersten Flug" mit Start und Landung auf einem Flughafen, der entweder vom Co-Piloten Empfohlen wird, oder den man sich aussucht. Mein Flughafen war dieses Mal Las Palmas mit einem etwas anspruchsvollen Anflug. Wir flogen Hong Kong bei Nacht an, Jamaika bei Gewitter usw. Die Freunde waren von meiner Überraschung restlos begeistert. Die Flüge wurden mitgeschnitten und auf CD überreicht, ebenso ein Zertifikat als Erinnerung. Fazit: ein sehr schönes, weil besonderes Geschenk

Ältester Club der Umgebung. Die Pille gibt es seit Mitte der 70er. Seit über 30 Jahren ist Walter der Hausherr in der Pille.
Absolutes muss in Böblingen. Ab 22Uhr ist Freitag und Samstag offen. Ab Mitternacht ist voll. Klassische Disco mit 2017 neuer Licht- und Soundanlage. Sehr buntes Volk.
Treffpunkt der Nachtschwärmer.
