Veronique is a well of knowledge and patience. The course is set up in a tiny shop with all the necessary equipment to learn the right way. The students were an international bunch of French, English and Australians and Veronique had no problem jumping from one language to the other so all of us learned and understood all that she told and taught us. It's been a fantastic day, I got back loaded with crepes to the delight of my family.
