A beautiful cave that has been largely untouched for god knows how long - the atmospheric lighting is man-made and the humidity is fixed to preserve the site but everything else is natural. If you can tolerate the ridiculous educational film beforehand, it is a beautiful experience.
The only thing I would note is that there are no dates on any of the signage - we were informed this is because the signs kept getting taken down by the strictly orthodox who didn't want to hear about the world being older than 6000 years.

Went with a group, but took awhile to find the place. No one could explain by phone. When we arrived couldn't figure out where the entrance was and couldn't call due to lack of reception. Guide was very nice and professional, but office insisted on everyone paying even the mothers whose kids fell asleep and are staying on the bus. Service is not their greatest asset. There are better options.

The Biblical Museum of Natural History is a unique institution that is part zoo, part natural history museum, and part Torah education center. It showcases the mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and insects of Scripture, as well as related zoological topics from the Talmud. The large species are exhibited as taxidermy specimens, while live exhibits are maintained for smaller species, and there are also a large number of biological artifacts of religious significance. The cave was discovered when workers blew up rocks in a quarry. For millions of years, there were wonderful shapes of rocks, stalactites and stalagmites made. Cave is also called Avshalom Cave.
To get there you have to go down about 150 steps from the parking. The decline is not difficult. Enter the cave wite a group if you came alone do not worry you will attach to a group that can not enter without a guide.
With a little imagination you can see the wonderful sculptures. Do not miss the "Romeo and Juliet" - stalagmite and stalactite who need only a few millimeters to unite, but for almost 50 years remains remote from each other.
Before leaving, lift your hand to catch a drop - for good luck.

Hired adventure Israel for a day of hiking repelling and rock climbing. We had an amazing experience with them Ariel is easy to work with and was always making sure we're enjoying. Natan the guide was great! He was very professional. Natan is amazing especially with kids and people who needed motivation and support.
Our group consisted of young kids teenagers and adults and we all enjoyed! Defently recommend using them

My husband and our friends spent two days with Paul on our first visit to Israel. We couldn't have asked for a better guide! He was friendly, accomodating, fun, but mostly jam-packed with knowledge! We learned that certified tour guides in Israel go through a two year long program. Well Paul must have been at the top of his class! He brought ancient history to life and gave context to everything we saw. He did a beautiful job of blending the ancient, the old and the modern and made us excited to hear more. He is a great storyteller and his passion for the country is contagious. We are very grateful and couldn't recommend him more highly!

Pretty little flower garden and nice atmosphere for tasting room however at 60 NIS per person/ $15.60 USD) this was an overpriced tasting.
We did not have Reservations to taste and were squeezed in and then rushed.
In front of our small group they placed small pieces of two types of locally made cheese, bread and olive oil. We assumed that they were going to tell us something about the cheese or which wine to pair with the cheese however after we were given a very small amount to taste of 5 wines, 1 white, 3 red and a dessert wine, the cheese still remained in front of us, we had to ask if we could try it. Our host then explained that we could of tasted it while we had the wine...not what we expected...if they had to rush and not give a proper tasting we should have been encouraged to come back another time with a reservation (which we did not realize we needed).
The wine was OK however we felt overpriced for the quality.
Later we were told that if you purchased a bottle 30 NIS of your tasting price is applied to the purchase of one bottle...still not worth purchasing one of the ones we tried.

The setting is exquisite and all the wines, especially the Rose and Merlot are absolutely delicious. We had a cheese pairing and tasted about 4-5 wines, all incredible. A personalized experience with a staff member who went into great detail describing each wine. Overall an exceptional experience. I will certainly return to Flam during my next visit.
