This is definitely the most beautiful, romantic and relaxing beach to visit in the Seychelles. Park your car near the casino and take the breathtaking walk through exquisite Gardens to reach the beach which is located near the Four Seasons Hotel. Day visitors are allowed. Drinks and snacks are available at the bar and restaurant, but are pretty expensive.

Amazing exotic garden! Loads and loads of flowers! You get a tour with the owner of the garden and he's a very funny guy. Easy to access by bus as well. He also has tortoises in his garden. At the end of the tour we got a nice local refreshing drink.

It was our absolute pleasure meeting Antoine and spending a day with him travelling around Mahe! Antoine has showed us round island's gems and tourist attraction spots. On the way from one point to another he has also kindly told us the history of Seychelles with lots of interesting facts. He was also kind to stop by the locals that were selling jams etc. as I was looking for some to bring to family and friends. We also got the opportunity to taste the local dedicates and stop for pictures or snorkel wherever we wanted.
A little information for those who are looking for someone to rely on regards trips in Seychelles: I have contacted Antoine few weeks before travelling to Seychelles. My husband and I were island hopping and wanted to book trips in each island in advance. Antoine was extremely thorough with what we can choose from, whats included in the price and what is not (like lunch in some trips, but then the guide can take us to a local restaurant) AND quick to reply. All tours we booked through Antoine went splendid.

Set amongst the trees where you can watch the beautiful flying foxes soaring around. The spa is beautiful and instead of the standard piped music you hear the amazing singing of the birds and the roar of the sea. We has massages, foot treatments and hair treatments - all were very good and ended with tea and fruit cocktails as you relaxed taking in the amazing views. Lovely spa.

Well maintained trail. Took me (fit senior) 53 minutes walking time.
Climbs up all the way (about 230mtres vertical).. and steps are not consistent - but reasonably well maintained.
Need hiking shoes
Take water, as high perspiration
Shaded most of the way, but need hat on top.
The viewing platform is safe.
Views all along South Island..stunning!

Then you must visit La Misere Exotics. A work of art ... lifelong conscious gardening to create this spectacular display of flowers. I mean it is really a private garden now open to the public. Drive slowly when you enter the property otherwise you miss the entrance. Then go up all the way too the top where the café is ... here you pay the entrance fee of SR 120 per person. Equivalent of 8 Euro. They give you insect repellant to spray on and a map to walk the garden. Take your time and enjoy the lushes deeply of exotic plants, flowers and trees. All is well marketed, info on the trees and the back of the map they gave you. Afterwards we had an ice cold beer at the Kiosk. Just splendid!

Nice enough beach, been twice, both times to anchor in the bay and both times it's been cloudy and wet.
The spire like Mountains behind the bay seem to attract clouds, I've never seen them without their cloudy caps.
It's certainly a pleasant place to spend a few hours.

Gerry and team know the fishing spots around Conception Island like the back of his hand. We always have had a decent catch when going out with him. Boat and tackle are in great condition. The beach BBQ absolutely fantastic.
No problem with younger children, so long as the ocean is calm enough for them to handle. My daughter (7) caught her first Wahoo with Gerry and my son (6) also landed a nice bonito.
Definitely worth it. Again again and again!!

The beach itself is very beautiful, you can have free parking near by and walk 1 minute though green jungles. Maybe it depends on weather, but when we visit Anse Intendanse in the beginning of June, there were big waves and sign "no swimming" you barely could come into water because flow is quite strong. But it is worth to come and watch as well as other Beaches on Seychelles.
