I would like to show my appreciation towards the positive and most helpful team of Hyatt regency Mumbai. They always welcome me with smiling faces I am a member of their spa from over a decades and all their services is worth every money spent Mary is always smiling and welcoming. She introduced me to their guest experience manager Ms Pratiksha as well. I wish both of them all the best in their career as they are doing a great job. Special mention for Ms Yogita for her magical pedicure service and Mr Nano for always helping me when I am here. I wish the entire team a lovely career ahead. I highly recommend this property and their spa to my friends and family. Very hygienic and extra clean property.

Went to the gym looking for trainer Mr Pravin, but came across trainer Mr Amit. Mr Amit was more than happy to assist me on workouts. Mr Amit is a very experienced trainer who coaches and conducts classes for other trainers. He introduced me to all the equipments and made me workout as per my experience level. Cleared all my doubts regarding fitness and diet control. He is also a very friendly and approachable person. Looking forward to work out under his guidance again!
