Shopping is so awesome in both centres that we visited 3 times - uptown & downtown with a monorail between. Macy’s & Ross are in the uptown & sketchers & Sears are in the downtown. Both centres have fabulous food courts- just shop until you drop. We had our own vehicle and it is a 15 min drive from Honolulu.

This 4.8 mile trail is a relatively easy hike on two parallel ridges up above Aiea heights (start/finish: Keaiwa Heiau State Recreation Area) with great (glimpses) views down to Pearl Harbor. The trail is mostly wide enough for two, with some narrower areas. The slopes are gentle and the only moderately difficult area is the short stretch at the bottom where you cross the valley floor between. This area can be wet and requires some caution.
