Four boarding school friends get together every couple of years for a "gals' week" in Adelaide where one of us lives. In her local organiser role she chose Pindarie for Tuesday lunch. It was a delicious lunch - the saltbush lamb pie, the chicken pie and the pear/rocket/candied pecan salad were totally delicious. We ate on the verandah and looked out over the hills - peaceful and authentic. The tasting room is a converted stable and fitted out with recycled timbers from the earlier years when the property raised Southdown sheep. In the last 9 years vines have been maturing and we sampled some of their wines. We were made very welcome and wish Pindarie every success.

Had a wonderful stop over at Whistler Vineyards. As with many of the other reviews, I can only rate it as well. Great service by the experienced staff, excellent outdoor dining on the grass under the gumtrees with plenty of wildlife to watch while enjoying cool breezes on a sunny day. Great for families with swings & cubby house !
