Alchemy Cryotherapy Centre

Whole Body Cryotherapy is the practice of exposing your whole body to very cold air (below -110 °C) for a brief period of time (approx. 2 to 3 minutes) in order to trigger physiological responses in the human body. Cryotherapy is scientifically designed to benefit mood, immune function, sleep, muscle recovery, metabolism, skin and reduce inflammation. Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves breathing oxygen enriched air at a pressure higher than sea level (1.5 ATA) while inside a chamber. The ATP CHARGER Light Pod delivers specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared LED light (a.k.a Photobiomodulation or red light therapy) to your whole body in order to increase adenosine triphosphate (ATP) - the energy currency of life.

Spent a couple of hours here last Friday night with friends, what an experience. The USP for The Everleigh revolves around a simple question; 'ask the visitor what they like to taste in a cocktail and the bar staff will make up a recipe that best matches the taste buds'. WOW, mine included beer, whisky, citrus, ginger etc. Best cocktail I've ever had and then there's one last thing. The service was sensational! Simple recipe for success, great cocktails, excellent customer service read: I couldn't wait to share the good news!!
