Salsa Express is much more than a salsa school. It is a great team, welcoming and very endearing. It is also a place that offers a lot of services, such as city tours (Havana or outside) and personalized visits with local and experienced tour guides. Laysiu, the Sales Manager, is a wonderful, competent, kind and so warm person. She knew how to meet my needs and interests: daily Cuban salsa camp, a few evenings of dancing in typical places with instructors and live bands, and a few personalized guided tours. The salsa lessons are all personalized and are adapted according to our level. Whether you are beginners or advanced, the instructors can make you progress really quickly! The instructors are competent, dedicated to their love of dance and to their teaching, and professional. They have great teaching methods and we have a lot of fun during the lessons! Laughter and fun guaranteed! I was fortunate to have two amazing instructors: Manuel, the first day and Yosue, my main instructor, for all the other days and for the evenings. The salsa school is well located and easily accessible. The evenings with the instructors and other students are great. They make it possible to put into practice the skills learned during the day. The places chosen and suggested by Laysiu are recognized, typical, with known live bands, etc. Laysiu can even organize transportation in advance to go to the dancing parties and to come back. I recommend it. The drivers are really nice and professional!

My husband somewhat begrudgingly agreed to attend a salsa class in Havana which I was really excited for. He definitely enjoyed himself and even wanted to do some practicing last night during our last night in Cuba, that's how good these guys are! Everything was great about Salsamiga. I emailed Yoanka a few days before our arrival in Cuba, and she responded same day to set up a time. Directions were great and we found the location easily. The instructors were fun and didn't make us feel like terrible dancers. Highly recommend if you are looking for salsa lessons in Havana!

At the beinginnig of december 2019 i was on vacation at Angsana in santamaria cuba. During my stay i attended a salsa retreat facilitated by Osmamy and Yani(from salsa en casa dance studio in havana). It was an amazing experience for a beginner such as myself to have an oportunity to learn from two extremely talented professional dancers. The experience was enjoyable and yet still quite informative. Every class i came away with further knowledge on proper techquie and understanding latin dancing. Anyone considering taking lessons i highly recommend salsa en casa and hope to have more experiences in the future with this studio. Thank you Osmamy for a fantastic time!
