I and my friend visited Colmar for a business trip and it's a totally new place and a new language, we were a little worried about transport, but very immediate moment we got out of the train station we boarded Phillippe taxi and from there till the end of our trip he is the person who helped us with daily commute from office to hotel and vice versa. Best from Phillippe : A true gentleman, perfect on time, friendly, Informative, an excellent person whom we met at Colmar. Best of Best from Phillippe: A couple of times when he is busy with other trips he helped us in sending his colleague for our commute. We had many discussions about Colmar, its culture, Europe, India, software, jobs, cars, education, etc.... We never felt we are traveling in some taxi, we felt like a family member. It was used as a Monastery in 13AD when constructed. Later on in 19AD turned into a Museum as a Romanesque -Gothic syle. Nowadays you can see the paintings remaining from Medieval time. Artists such as Monet, Dubuffet and picasso paintings are also exhebited. Intereting place to see.

"Au Vieux Pignon" is a building dating from 1588, one of the oldest houses in the town of COLMAR. Our house is known all over the world, we regularly make the front page of television news, reports (CHRISTMAS and Easter markets, Bloopers of the Year), advertising (Honda , Miss France), and we are one of the star houses of social networks and acclaimed by international tourists. Each year, we carefully decorate our facade and constantly renew our decors. For this, we regularly obtain distinctions from the City of COLMAR during the Maisons Fleuris or CHRISTMAS Decorations competitions. In the past ten years, we have obtained more than 15 awards. "AU VIEUX PIGNON" is also the only house in the City of COLMAR to have two brands, which makes it a unique feature of COLMAR. The first one is a Red iron and the second is an old Wood Bear at the corner of the House! Today, we propose a lot of handcarfted products and differents products to the other souvenirs shops in the City. We are Unique !
