And open till late in some days, For me the National museum is always a must in every country; I cannot understand why organised trips very often omit museums, even these most important...

This Mall is situated on the city edge not too far from the airport. It is a massive structure well provided with car parking situated around the edge of this shopping mall. Inside the structure has mainly 2 levels accessed by escalators which makes getting about easy. The shops are of all types from boutique types to basics such as chemists. You will find all you need here. There is essentially a food-hall area at one end which has a wide range of cuisines. Palace of Peace and Reconciliation

A monumental Pyramid shaped building built and completed in 2006 to commemorate the Meeting of Congress of Leaders worldwide and traditional religions. They meet every three years around a round table near the top of the building. A nice guided tour by a pleasant hostess and also a very green garden near the top. This building represents the Spirit of Kazakhstan, has a great Opera hall accomodating about 1500 people a library and also displays of gifts given by various worldwide delegates attending the conference. A must see fascinating building where the rooftop glass shows etchings of Doves from the inside and is fully airconditioned.
