At my trial-class, the warm welcome I received from non-judgey staff & other members immediately set me at ease. There are members of all shapes, ages, sizes, fitness levels. The community of support & encouragement is unprecedented! Staffing ratio is great - all the personal attention & support I could ask for, without the huge price tag of personal trainers at other gyms. I've had gym memberships before, but never actually WANTED to go. With every class my energy & stamina increase, I'm learning new technique, and making new friends. Now I can't wait to get to my next class - it's fun and addictive!
