Reviewed By Beate RWe had such a wonderful Christmas in the hotel. The room was nicely decorated with Christmas ornaments and the food was lovely. Food was delivered to the room because of Covid 19. The pool was nice although it could be much too small if the hotel is fully booked! Ice-skating was included as well (skates provided by the hotel!). The location is perfect as you only walk about 5 minutes to the sea and the city center. We will be back asap!

It is placed fantastic in old part of town - next til severel nice restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel i very friendly, clean, quiet - all you will appreciate. The staff/owner is nice and helpfull in every way. The breakfast i delicious with different chees, bread and all -- the owner make an omelet alså. i travelled for 40 years around the world - and i know for sure when i see a place to recommend. This is one of them..all the best claus elgaard..

Reviewed By HalidaimoodThe hotel is nice with a great buffet breakfast and swimming pool! Some of the istaff and their policies - not so much :(. I had booked 2 rooms which we initially got far apart. When asked if I could get neighboring rooms, I was told that the hotel has 3 wings and that I am lucky not to have got rooms in different wings. After some argument I left. Some minutes later I was offered neighboring rooms. Lucky! We had booked 2 child beds for the length of our stay. One of the two children didn’t travel to due illness. We were told there was no such request for beds anyway. I showed them my payments which included those and asked them for a refund. Two nights later...after arguing with a new staff member, we managed to get a bed. The refund was not an option. At checkout I complained about them taking money for what they didn’t offer - and suddenly they were sorry and said we could get a massage... guess they realized we wouldn’t choose it over the ferry we had booked. Haha. The booking was made through Unity Line, when emailed promptly replied, it was on the hotel as they had all booking details. + : Hotel rooms are good, breakfast buffet is great, swimming pool and sauna are nice. Location is perfect to get anywhere in town. Beach is close by. —: some staff members just can’t be talked to (I don’t mean the language, they speak English and many other languages quite well). Not good for peace of mind ;).

Lodówka, suszarka, komplet sztućców, talerzyków, kawa i herbata w cenie wynajmowanego pokoju. Łóżko mogłoby być troszkę wygodniejsze, ale jest wystarczające. Z hotelu blisko do plaży. Komunikacja do Świnoujścia 5 minut od hotelu. Gorąco polecam. Dobre miejsce w dobrej cenie.

Great unique amenities like a freshly built/renovated pool, salt cave, gym room or dedicated kids areas let you relax in a stress-free environment. Families with kids and solo tourist do not interfere with each other which is unfortunately not very common in other places. I will definitely try to spend my next holidays in Paradiso Park, cannot recommend it enough!
