Reviewed By Taner YOtelde 4 gün kaldık. Otel işletmecisi Ayhan Bey ve eşi çok ilgiliydi. Otel çok temiz, kahvaltısı muhteşem. Ayhan Bey tekne turumuzu ayarlama işini dahi kendisi halletti. Otel Selimiyenin girişinde ve otoparkı mevcut, bu bence çok önemli. Selimiye’ye tekrar gidersek hiç düşünmeden bu otelde kalırız. Herkese de tavsiye ederiz.

We have stayed there for ten days and have enjoyed our holidays with a friendly nd skillful staff, good service, comfortable rooms, and very warm atmosphere. The price is reasonable. We will come back there in September. We wish you were there.

Reviewed By Moontje-DanoontjeI spent one week in this new hotel. The room was very big with lots of space and everything is completely new. It has Airco, tv and a mini-bar. The design is very modern and also the bathroom is big. The location is also perfect. 50 meters from sea, and walking to the citycentre is about 10 minutes. The staff does whatever they can to make your holiday perfect. One day I got sick from eating at a not so good restaurant in the citycentre, and one of the staff went to the pharmacy to get some medicines for me. Great Service ! I will definitly go back in september !!

Services: safe boxes available in reception area (pay local), internet access-laundry service-lift (elevator), phone service (international calls available at reception), generator rooms, all airconditioned (pay local), full kitchenette including microwave oven,toaster,kettle and electric cookers, satellite TV in all the rooms, two balconies on each room,restaurant and bar-24 hours open, room service, weekly entertainment including quiz,karaoke,bingo and barbeque, large swimming pool with a water slide, kids pool, kids play garden, free sun loungers, game corner with pool table,darts and arcade machines

Reviewed By kellbeI stayed here a while ago was not this year but could not leave earlier date . I was a solo female traveller the apartments themselves are very nice yes has tv but only one english channel which shows the same things over and over . Now this is a self catering hotel only the owner is not happy if you don't eat at hotel restaurant . I was a female solo traveller it was more that I did not feel comfortable eating in the restaurant alone so I chose to eat in instead as we all know it is actually cheaper to eat out then in but I was shy and trying to settle in and the one time I did eat there I wasn't overly impressed by the food nor the conversation and I witnessed a member of staff having argument on phone and then run and get on the back of someone's motorbike with a huge knife never been so scared in my life! Me eating in seemed to bother them anyway as they took my cooking hob away said it was for servicing and that everyone's had been taken spoke to other guests and guess what nope just mine was taken ! My room was not cleaned I had to take the cleaning lady's broom left in hallway and do it myself did not get clean sheets or towels after they realised I was not eating or drinking in hotel restaurant . Each time I went out I was hassled by staff as to where I was going and why I wasn't eating and drinking in restaurant now I've been coming to marmaris for 11 years with family never experienced this and sadly put me off coming alone . Terrible hotel I wouldn't stay with my family here the manager cares only for money 1st day I arrived he told me the hotel room price is cheap and doesn't pay the bills the restaurant /bar does and showed me pics of hes children to guilt me into eating/drinking there just made me feel more uncomfortable and that was on my first day! I just wanted to come home after that please don't go there it's Miles away from everything and has a tiny pool which I didn't even bother to use I went elsewhere so I wasn't hassled. Much better places that allow you to enjoy you're holiday and don't take you're cooking equipment away when it's self catering!!!

Reviewed By Skynomad-travellerMaking the reservation fifteen minutes before arrival Gizem was on it immediately though it was off-season (November/December). She sent me a WhatsApp message and welcomed us and made us feel at home even before our arrival. The apartment was everything the pictures promised and more. Perfect in design, cleanliness, and comfort. Perfectly situated near the seaside with very nice city views. Was easy to find a parking place just nearby (though this might be different in the busy season). This will certainly our number one place to stay next time we visit Marmaris!

Worse than before
Reviewed By emine muge yIt was my second visit to this hotel. My first visit was in 2009..the second one is in 2019. I stayed there with my friend on the ramadan eid. It was not busy. Also the room we stayed in had broken toilette's cover. The electricity card to light the room wasnt working sometimes. They gave us dirty towels and when my friend required new clean things the owner asked her if she changed the towels everyday at home or not..ridicilous..i will not prefer staying there..
